If I could give this business a rating in the negatives, I would. I purchased a home last spring and was told the furnace was 3 years old. I had not had to use it until this season, (2023). In October I had no heat and I called Northeast Oil and Propane, they came and they cleaned the sensor and I had heat. Then in the beginning of November, I again had no heat. They came and they replaced the sensor. I was on automatic delivery and at the end of November I had no heat because I had ran out of propane. In the middle of December I again had no heat, I had ran out of propane again. Then on Jan 23rd, I had no heat. They sent a technician out that told me that the inducer needed to be replaced, which he did and I again had heat. He however did not leave the part he had removed. Five days later I again have no heat and it's Sunday. My Propane tank shows that it is filled 60%. I have to call the emergency number and they sent a technician out that has never worked on an IBC Propane unit. He turns the unit off and back on, pulls up a ******* video to try and figure out what to do and then comes to the conclusion that the inducer again needs to be replaced and the part is not in stock and will not be available until the next day. The technician who came out five days ago has since quit and is no longer with the company. I am really very upset with this business and their lack of knowledge.
