I own a 2009 *** ** and it is my pride and joy, I take very good care of the vehicle. About 3-4 months ago I went to Town fair tire in ********* **. For all 4 tires to be changed(I supplied them with 4 tires that I purchased from *******). I had utilized all of my front tire tread, and VERY recently installed 2 brand new ******** ***** ***** ** on both rear tires(which cost me over $1100 for the tires themselves). These tires were nearly brand new, I had used them for less than 500 miles on my car. In my service request, I CLEARLY stated(to the front office guy wearing headphones) that I wanted to keep my rear tires and dispose of the front tires, my father would pick up the tires for me since he had a truck and I was using my car. After my service, I picked up my car and my father had gone around back to collect my tires. Little did I know, they gave back my father the wrong tires! By the time I found out (1 week later) it was too late to get my tires back because they were "disposed". How does a tire changing company not judge the condition and value of a tire before throwing them away? I feel like they saw a nice car and nice truck and wanted to try and take advantage of me and my father(a 70 year old man) in the moment. After I found out they gave me back completely worn down tires, I went to confront the manager of the facility about it I was completely disrespected and felt like I was completely taken advantage of. They offered me discounted tires(-$100 off per tire) but I wanted a refund and free service until my $1100 is used up. Is this something I need to file a police report for? They did end up giving me a refund that I had to verbally fight them for, but the 171 does not cover the 1000 dollar loss. What can I do? I would also like an apology from the manager(Sean) for being so disrespectful to me and and a written statement that states I have roughly $1000 credit with ANY service I need at ANY time. Thank you for reading and considering doing anything.

I had town fair tire change one tire which i purchased from an outside vender.TFT agreed to change the tire, spin balance and Alignment special pkg 4.I was told that they would "look"at the alignment and if it was not needed they would not charge me for it.
Upon completion of service they told me that they did the alignment but could not undo one bolt leaving the cars tires out of alignment. They told me i needed to seek out my own mechanic to loosen the bolt. This to me means they attempted to do the alignment but left it incomplete requiring me to seek further service and incur more cost to myself after charging me 134.00 to do an alignment.I want to be refunded 134.00 to seek out competent serice.

On Tuesday March 26th 2025, I went to Town Fair Tire located in ********* ** on **** ******. I had a flat tire. The tires I have are ******* *** ********** purchased from Town Fair by the mechanic I go to who put them on. There was a nail in one of the tires and the flat repair was handled fast. However, things took a turn for not so great service next. One of my 4 TPMS sensors had been replaced by the mechanic I go to recently because it was leaking. I have a ****** ***** ***, 2018 which has factory metal TPMS sensors and valve stems. The mechanic I go to removed and replaced the one metal TPMS Sensor and valve stem and replaced it with a metal one, with zero damage to my wheels. When I was at Town Fair Tire, I asked to have the other remaining 3 replaced. The rep of town fair informed me they use the rubber valve stems which was fine with me. However the next day after the work, on Wednesday March 26th, I noticed that the 3 wheels that town fair had replaced valve stems and tpms on, the channel hole in the rim where the valve stems go was severely scraped scratched where the valve stems sit. If there is one tiny scratch on one wheel that might be one thing, but all 3 wheels look like they were replaced without any care for taking care of someones wheels. I called around 5 pm on March 26 and spoke to Jeff who said to bring the vehicle so he could look at it. I met him around 530 pm at the store. Jeff looked at the wheels. I was not pleased with Jeff only offering refinish, as I was worried about them coming out correctly.

I then spoke to Dawn and Rich A**** at Corporate offices of Town Fair. Rich A**** took over a week to reply after our initial phone conversation and then said he wanted wheels back if replaced and also tried offering me less in cash if I request a check instead of having town fair order wheels.

I don't want town fair involved in the fix, I want a check so I can have other places fix this.

Thursday March 20th 2025 I purchased a set of tires from town fair tire **** ********. When I left and drove the car I noticed it swaying back and forth and a vibration. Contact Mike ( **** ******** store) on Friday March 21 2025. He asked me to bring it in, I brought it in he moved rear to front and front to back and re balanced them. Issue was still there. He up sold me a set of tires. Then when they were putting on the new tires and balance for the 3rd time they state that 3 of the 4 rims were bent and now I needed to buy new rims. The rims were not bent and did not have vibration when I first brought it in but now I do and they said they didn’t bend them but had them balanced 3 times before “ seeing” the bent rims. They are not willing to help and not calling me back every time I call. I want my rims replaced. There is no way they didn’t cause this problem.

To who it may concern , I checked in for a scheduled 5pm tire rotation, as I stated I was here for a tire rotation Assistant manager Rob in front of the staff and customers loudly yelled that I sounded like a bitch asking for a tire rotation and that I should do it myself, I was in shocked that any employee would yelled or say such thing to any customer .

I couldn’t believe he was directly disrespectful . I did not respond and ignored him but I was very concerned for the safety of my car I felt unwelcome and very uncomfortable. I should have walked out and left the store . The employee who wrote me up ( I believe his name was mauliclk I’m sure I am misspelling his name, he apologized for the way Rob spoke to me and Maulick even rotated the tires himself and explained the conditions of my tires.

First I would like to point out that I bought this tires on this car from town fair tires store( ******* store to be exact)

2nd you advertise as free tire rotation

On November 14th I purchased 4 new tires from Town Fair Tire in ******* **. On March 12th I came in to get my tires rotated as I noticed the front tires wearing down after less than 4 months of use. I was told that the tires could not be rotated as the front tires were in an unsafe condition and they needed to be replaced. They claimed because my car had been driven 10,000 miles since the tires were put on (I’m in sales) and since I had not gotten them rotated at the SUGGESTED 5000 miles they would not cover new tires and I would have to pay again. They offered the tires to me at a discounted rate almost as if they knew it was a Town Fair issue. Completely ridiculous. Tires are supposed to last at least 50,000 miles. Upon reviewing the brand Town Fair Tire put on my truck (****** brand) it’s apparently common knowledge that the brand wears down quickly. I feel completely scammed. I have had used tires that have lasted years and apparently less than 4 months life on brand new tires is the Town Fair Tire way. I am requesting Townfair cover the cost of my front tires and make this right.

I am a longtime customer. On 3/5/25 I purchased a tire, had it balanced and installed. I expressed concern that the front end had a shimmy which I attempted to fix by having Town Fair do a 4-wheel rebalancing and alignment. This job did not work as the car continued with the issue.
When I made the purchase, I expressed my concern with the shimmy and was told it was either the tires/alignment or brakes and they would check the brakes with the service. Brakes were checked and found to be in good shape o tires/alignment were the problem. I was quoted $82.00 to do job.
I booked an appointment for today and learned the cost would be over $140.00, that's not what I was quoted.
I have a situation where I had paid to resolve this problem months ago, but it was never right.
Now they want to charge me again for a service that was not done properly in the first place.
I called Town Fair customer service as I thought this could be easily resolved.
But instead of offering customer service, they opted to play hard with me and expressed no interest in making it right.
I assumed Town Fair would stand by their quote and do the job properly this time, but no effort was made to make me happy.
I would like the BBB's help as I feel victimized by this business. What an awful example of customer service they have shown. Please help me. Thank you.

On 1/23/25 I called to order wheels for my husband's ****. They had to be ordered so I placed the deposit and set the appointment for 1/25/2025. They let me know that in their experience the tire sensors may need to be replaced at the same time due to the age of the car and how they are attached. 1/25/2025 11AM we dropped off the car to have them replaced and later received a call that 2 of the sensors would have to be replaced. We ok'd the charge as we had been warned prior it may be the case. They called around 2:50PM to let us know the car was ready. When we arrived, we were told that all 4 sensors had to be replaced but only charged us for the 2 because that's what we had been told. Which was very considerate. However, then we were told that they had stripped a wheel stud and were unable to fix it or put a lug nut on and it needed to go to a mechanic. They agreed to reimburse the charge of the wheel stud fix due to their error. We made an appointment at a mechanic for Monday morning as this occurred on a Saturday afternoon. We were assured the vehicle was safe to drive as it was. My 2-year-old was with us at the time they said it. 1/27/25 we brought the car to the mechanic. Later we found out that it was very unsafe to drive that car and because we drove it home on 1/25/25 and to the mechanic 1/27/25 it had shifted and loosened the wheel bearing enough that it was damaged and needed to be replaced entirely. On top of that they had used size 17 lug nuts and not 19s as the car should have had. When I called the store and asked to speak with the manager, I was angry as at this point my toddler could have been endangered. Not only would he not pull up the car info; he kept asking in a condescending tone if the studs and lug nuts were on there. The lug nut was not. I was very upset and ended up calling corporate customer care whom took my information to call me back the next day as no manager was available at 1:45PM. It is 1/27/25 I will update if that call was made.
