      I used CT HVAC Services this past March, when the blower motor went on my furnace on a Friday eve at 10:30pm. I needed someone providing 24 hour service and my normal company does not. Troy came out figured out the issue, ordered parts and replaced the blower motor. I have Central Air also and they are one in the same system. July 3, 2023 I went to turn on my central air for the first time this season, the condenser came on but no air would come thru the vents in the house. I did not want to call anyone as it was after hours with 4th of July being the next day. I did leave a message with the company I usually use (***) as they have done previous work on the AC system. They came out on Wednesday July 5th and fixed the problem. I received the bill for $227.59, it states FOUND BAD CONNECTION AT BLOWER MOTOR. Today I spoke with the *** owner who came out and he said that the AC wire was never hooked back up from when they installed the blower motor. I then contacted CT HVAC, Troy- who will not speak to me by phone and will send texts only, telling me the warranty is void since I had another company do work on it. I told him that he was negligent in reconnecting this wire. I texted him the bill. I want reimbursement for this careless act on his behalf. He is not taking responsibility for this.

      In regards to *** ****** she had a 90 day warranty from date of repair that was working at the time we left her property. I’m not sure why she did not call us if there was any issues. 

      I spoke with *** and explained this to her, I’m sorry she does not agree but we can not pay for her to call another company to do any repairs on work we did. 

      *** did not take advantage of the warranty we offer in writing on the invoice she signed and dated twice.

      We feel *** ****** did not follow the process of the warranty that came with the repair to her furnace, we are not responsible for her calling and having another company touch the furnace it actually void’s warranty if anyone but Connecticut HVAC Services touches the furnace.

      I am rejecting this response because:  he is a liar, he never, ever spoke to me.  Avoided my calls.  I had no idea what was wrong with the AC system, Troy had worked on the heat, furnace side of it.  It was well pass the 90 days he keeps referring to.   HE WAS NEGLIGENT IN HOOKING UP THE WIRE FOR THE MOTOR FOR THE BLOWER FOR THE AC  WHEN HE WORKED ON THE FURNACE.   THE WIRE WAS UNATTACHED WHICH IS WHAT CAUSED THE ISSUE.  HE SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BILL I HAD TO PAY DUE TO HIS NEGLIGENCE AND POOR WORKMANSHIP.  HE IS ARROGANT AMD IGNORANT FOR NOT ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS.
