Ordered a ****** pellet stove on October 3 2022 with a supposed delivery date of Nov. 8th. Stove was not delivered until Jan 24 2023. I asked Numerous times for my money back and there was always an excuse. The stove worked 2 weeks and some computer chip was defective and the owner Ken rewired it to make it work and was to replace the chip. This Never happened. I have called numerous times for my money and he said he would pick up the stove and try to sell it in his shop. He has not returned my phone calls and I am stuck with this defective stove.

We have been in contact with the company and manufacturer regarding our wood stove since Jan 2022. Never once has anyone been out to look at the issues or service the stove, with the exception of picture taking. At this point, after more than a year of phone calls and emails, the stove has continued to breakdown and fall apart. The last contact we had with the dealer, he told my husband he needed pictures to prove it was not operator error. My husband has operated a wood stove his entire adult life, cuts log length wood yearly for seasoning, and we have a temp gauge on the stove to identify/prevent overburn. We are greatly concerned with the lack of response to our initial inquiries and now the problems have spiraled leaving us with a 2 year old inoperable wood stove. This is a main heat source for our home and we will need a new stove as this one feels unsafe to operate. Below is our timeline taken from email and phone records. Appreciate any assistance in getting this resolved as the cost is several thousand dollars.
1/27/21- purchased stove, do not have the exact install date.
1/28/22 -initial calls/emails regarding crack along top of lid and other pieces breaking off of stove
2/4/22 - sent pics, serial number, details and receipt via email 3/29/22 - still no response, we emailed (referenced leaving several messages and stating we had no response since his last contact on 2/4/22)
3/29, 3/31- NEWS states he contacted mfr- ** ********, that the top was going to be replaced in summer, mfr is having manpower/supply issues 8/8 - NEWS left vm, more issues another delay to later in the fall
    Several phones calls/ no response
2/8/23 I called ** wood stove (mfr) directly to inquire about warranty, they notified me NO claim was made and the top was not on order for replacement , started process with them to ensure warranty

We have all pics and emails however are receiving errors when uploading. We are happy to provide it all. Thank you!
