    My car went into the shop on February and after a month of repairs, my light on my BMW still wasn't fixed. After bringing this matter up to Larry, he told me to go to BMW to have them fix it and then request my insurance to reimburse me. I took Larry's advice and went to BMW to fix my light and ended up paying close to $1000 just to "access" the issue. Turns out my insurance company will NOT pay since it was Larry that needed to submit a supplemental request. I told Larry what the insurance company told me and he's been saying he will try to get me in his shop to repair my light and request my insurance to reimburse me the $1000. It has been since MARCH 2022 and Larry hasn't been able to get me back in the shop. I have no choice but to go to the better business bureau and leave as many bad reviews as I can. This needs to go to small claims court. I will not stop until my car is repaired and I am reimburse my money.
