    Buyers be aware of this company. Do not get the subscription. They are criminal. I canceled my card out that they were using for the subscription after I canceled that. And somehow someway they managed to get my new card number. I called my bank up and they said they’ve been using that card since November 8. I just got the card and somehow someway they’ve gotten that information. This is criminal. This should be a class action suit to take this company freaking down.

    If I can give this company zero stars I would I canceled this two months ago. I would’ve canceled it before that because I think we had it for about six months but you have to get the ID off the car kept forgetting. That was my fault but I canceled it in September around the fifth, so I couldn’t get any recourse from that October I got charged again. I complain to my bank and that was settled November I got charged again so my bank had to close out that debit card used for that subscription An issue me a new one because of this this is fraudulent when you cancel out a subscription after that it’s Should be considered fraud. I might’ve use the service maybe twice and the whole time I’ve had it and it wasn’t even a great job. I went there one of the two times that I’ve ever gone and after the wash my car still had crap all over it all over the hood bird crap so I didn’t want the subscription anymore. I wasn’t using it but it’s like they won’t let you cancel the subscription and they keep taking money out of your account.

    Zero Stars.
    I had three cars with them, and their "Family Plan" is a trick to consumers. You have to pay for EACH car. I have since cancelled all three, due to them raising the prices and auto charging my card without any change by their Management. They just hand you a card and tell you to cancel online. I followed this protocol. I received an auto response online that my memberships (all 3) would be taken care of....
    Today, I see the charge AGAIN to my bank account. This is pure negligence and consumer FRAUD. Not to mention that I hadn't used the car wash for two months prior to my canceling, in which I requested a REFUND for these months. Guess what? NO refund, yet they feel it's ok to charge me again. BBB, you should visit this location and CLOSE THEM DOWN!!!!
    Extremely unhappy and have been cursed out by their staff and told to leave the car wash. They do NOT know how to treat human beings. They are ruthless!!!!

    Said they would charge me one time for $19.99 for the month. Then started to continuously charge me $47.85 under CARWASHPASSFEELSGREAT! for 5 months straight! Disputing charges as I post this. Check the other Russell's in CT the same nightmarish stories. Do trust them with your Credit Card and if you have to use this awful company, use cash!

    I went for a wash one day and was told there was a special, sign up for the monthly membership for $20/mo + tax. I agreed and signed up towards the end of 2022. I noticed a few months later I was being charged $37/mo. I went to the carwash and they told me I don't have an account, I showed them my **** bill on my phone and they told me it would be cancelled. Checked recently and I'm still being charged $37/month for something I can't use that was only supposed to be $20/month. I tried contacting someone through their web form but only got a reply saying your cancellation is confirmed. I've been charged $37/mo since January for a service I can't use and no one is responding to issue me a refund.

    Beware! Continues to charge credit cards even after you cancel membership! Then try getting through by telephone. When you do and they tell you they will refund you, that doesn't happen either. It seems to me they hope that people won't check their monthly charges and they can continue to take money unknowingly from people. I cancelled the appropriate way, no refund. Called for days finally got through, was told to call headquarters. Did that and spoke with Nelson in the Norwalk location who promised he would cancel and refund me and call me back to confirm. Did none of that! Called for days and no one answers, just get machine. Had to go through credit card company to dispute charges to get my money back. Terrible company!
