Definitely a good source for custom house plans. We were searching online for a modern farmhouse with a specific layout that we wanted and Architectural Designs had the best one we could find. Happy with the result and if we build again, I would definitely come back for more plans.Architectural Designs, Inc.

When it comes to house plans, architectural designs is the place to go! My husband and I were able to choose the perfect house plan for us out of thousands of options. The website is easy to manage and has everything you need to find the perfect plan. After our house was built, I emailed photos of our completed house and all of our pictures were shared online in an album within two days! They were so excited to see photos! Definitely recommend!!Architectural Designs, Inc.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with Architectural Design! In fact, we love their plans and designs so much that we have built two homes over the past 4 years using their plans! Our first home is a modern farmhouse, and it is gorgeous! We get so many compliments on the plans and the design of our home constantly. and everyone asks where our plans came from, so of course we are always referring people to Architectural Design!
We looked at so many different architectural plans before deciding on AD and none of the others even came close. AD is always up to date on the newest styles and trends and is second to none! Every detail of the plans are so well thought out and the designs are so modern and beautiful. Once we decided to build a second home as a vacation lake home, we never even looked at other plans because we already had so much trust in AD. We love how easy their website is to use and the galleries of client builds is our favorite! Their customer service is also excellent which was very important to us. They get back to any questions immediately and are so informative and very pleasant to deal with. They really gave a personal touch to our project and they were with us every step of the way. Working with and choosing Architectural Design was one of the best decisions we made when building both of our homes. We appreciate their designs and plans literally every day!Architectural Designs, Inc.

There is an overwhelming amount of house plans available online, but Architectural Designs Inc. has the BEST customer service! All responses whether email or phone were returned within the same day. They are very helpful and support you through the entire process. I highly recommend this company!Architectural Designs, Inc.

AD has been our go to resource for house plans since we started building homes. Our clients are able to navigate their massive, ever growing catalog, with the greatest of ease due do to their well laid out website. We had a great experience working with AD. Customer service was awesome and our contractor was able to easily make some changes without any issues. Loved how they followed up with us on the progress of our build. Their website is great to browse through seeing the pictures of the homes that have already been built. Would definitely recommend AD to anyone planning on building.Architectural Designs, Inc.
