Phenomenal experience - from browsing the well-organized, informative website to buying our house plan. What made it even better was the customer service - thanks to the team for checking in from time to time to make sure everything was as expected, and to ask how our build was going.

I have purchased multiple plans and built several homes from Architectural Design’s website. My experience has been nothing short spectacular. Their plans are always up to date with current trends and well designed. As a builder that helps me to stay current and relevant in an ever changing market.

We started our house plan search online several months before the right one popped up as a result of one of my searches on Architectural Designs website. We absolutely love our new home!!! We were interested in making some minor changes from what was shown on the plans. We were able to discuss these changes with our contractor and he was able to make these changes in the field, no architect or engineer needed. Great plans at a reasonable price!!!Architectural Designs, Inc.

Once we selected a house plan through AD, we were connected with an architect to handle the modifications we were looking for. Our communication with the architect and the company were outstanding. All messages and emails were returned quickly. The cost for the modifications and the final design were quite fair. Our builder was very impressed with the final plans. I would use their company again without reservation. I would also recommend them to others.Architectural Designs, Inc.
