    I ordered & paid for free trial for $1.00 the same day I cancelled the order because when free trial is up they charge $39.90 yesterday they charged my card the $39.99 when I called they said basically too bad , then the lady said we can refund then said they couldn’t I want my money back

    Ms. **** signed up for a 7 day $1 trial on 8/22/22. When she signed up she agreed to continue her services for $39.90 after the 7 day trial. Her payment declined when it was ran on the 8th day, after the trial ended. Ms. **** logged in on 9/6 to check her scores and reauthorized the declined payment. After that Ms. **** contacted customer service via online chat and requested to cancel and requested a refund. The chat agent never stated "too bad" as described in the complaint. She cancelled the account and requested the refund, which has been mailed due to Ms. ****** bank not accepting the refund. Since Ms. **** signup and authorized the charges, was canceled on 9/6 when was refunded, all prior to her filing this complaint, we request the complaint be immediately closed.

    I was charged $1.00 on July 7th, I was charged $39.90 on July 19th, and $39.90 on August 19th I did not sign up for this service they claim to have sent an email to my ***************** account I do not have an email from them in that account or in my junk file. I have a cancellation number of ******** from today 8/19 but they will not refund my account.

    "We apologize for any lateness in response, however, we have just now received this complaint. Ms. ******** signed up for services on July 7, 2022 from an IP address in ******** **, the same city and state in which she resides. During the sign up process she provided her date of birth, and social security number, answered authentication questions with the credit bureau to verify her identity, provided her full credit card billing information including her full 16-digit card and then agreed to the offer terms and authorized the charges. Ms. ******** contacted customer service on August 19 and requested the account to be cancelled. At that time her account was cancelled and as a courtesy a refund was issued. As the complaint was already closed prior to our receipt, we do want it noted that we did respond as soon as it was received, and that Ms. ********* account had already been cancelled, and at this time she has been refunded."

    I’ve unsubscribed to this fake credit reporting site but they still take my money the picture you have is me not having a account with them anymore. I can’t login or call them they just take my money still after I’ve closed my account I want my money back because I canceled a day after my free trial .

    Called ********** 07/05/2022 for a refund 39.90
    Applied for a loan company said I had to pay 1.00, for credit report, I did
    next I find out 7/5/2022 I was charged for monitoring credit.
    I would like to have the 39.90 returned, I did not sign up for the monitoring

    We are not a loan company. We do not take loan applications. We do not require anyone to sign up for our services for any reason. When Ms. ********* signup for a $1 7 day trail, she signed up for a trial of credit monitoring services which included access to her 3 credit scores and 3 credit reports. The offer terms where clear and conspicuous. Ms. ********* called to cancel on July 5th. Here account was immediately canceled. s. ********* did not request any refunds on that call. Upon receipt of this complaint, as a courtesy, one has been issued. However, due to the fact that Ms. ********* did sign up, did agree to the fees, didn't cancel prior to the end of the trial period, we request this complaint be invalidated and removed from our listing.
