    Horrible. They steal your money and take more than what they say they will take. Then refuse to close the account or refund you. They are complete crooks. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

    Scam. Was sent there by a scammer on ********** for an apartment "security check". All up front materials said was a $1 refundable fee. One week later, charged thirty nine dollars and ninety cents.When I used the chatbot on their site, it was preprogrammed to say "it looks like you've been scammed, we will cancel and refund" but was not remotely believable. Had to call bank, dispute charges, cancel my card...They used app-process2.us to create the link and track for the scammer: **********************************

    This company is like a smash-and-grab. They have a referral program specially designed for scammers to pretend they are offering you a legit service only to get you to sign up so they can charge you ***** dollars a month. The scammers get a cut of the action.

    When you view the business profile it says they appear to be out of business but they are not. I fell for it but my bank stopped the transaction marking it possible fraud so I checked here before proceeding and I'm glad I did.

    Every single one of these reviews is correct. My daughter has had the same experience. On the BBB website is says ClickFreeScore is no longer in business BUT HEADS UP FOLKS - my daughters card just got charged 2X!!! for $39.90 by a company under a completely different name. What the actual F***? She has tried to cancel multiple times and out of frustration called me to help manage it. You bet I'm going to manage it. additional heads to landlords - my daughter did the "free" thing applying for apartments out of state for school. Both traditional landlords and building complexes. If you're landlord you should know this company is an utter scam and quite frankly harmful. DON'T USE THEM!

    They told me it would cost a refundable dollar and they charged my bank card $39.90 and have not given me back my refund yet I have called them several times with them telling me that they will refund my money!!

    They charged me $39.90. I was in a free trial period and couldn't log in for a week at all, and they charged me $39.90. I called them to request a refund for this but it was a computer voice. They wouldn't complete my request. I emailed them. Didn't heard anything back. Couldn't log in til about 10 mins ago, I was able to log in. ODD! And this ******************* on live chat said he would cancel my membership but wouldn't process a refund. Scam. They took my money for nothing. SCAM. Stay away from View free score.

    All these reviews on them are accurate and right on the money. Listen to us and stay away from this business. They charged my credit card three weeks straight, the 9th, 11th and again on the 12th of September 2023. Just stay away from them, period.
