I ordered a 4D Vibration Plate on October 12th, 2024. My bank account and Shopify account both show that the money was paid.
I never received the product.

I ordered the vibration plate after seeing dozens of ads on Instagram on September 13, 2024. I saw this company had a website with many reviews and felt that it was a legitimate business. I received an email confirming my order. I was notified via email that my order was out for delivery on Saturday, November 9 and it provided a tracking number. I then sent an email on November 12 stating that I had not received the order. On November 14 the company responded to my email saying that there was a discrepancy on shipping and they were working to resolve the issue. On December 7, I emailed asking for a refund. On December 8 they responded to my email and asked That I give them another opportunity to deliver the order. On December 13 I sent another email asking for a refund and that email was returned undelivered. This company is clearly a scam and it should be held accountable as well as Meta that allows these companies to set up shops on their social media platforms .Initial Complaint

I ordered the product in September. It took a very long time to ship and when they did ship, it went to the wrong place. I reached out several times about the issue and they never gave me a straight answer of fixed their mistake. After the last email I sent, they have now blocked me instead of resolving the issue. I made a purchase from Vib07 in October 2024 for $199, divided into 4 pmts of $49.75. My item was delivered to an address 2 hrs away from the address on the order. I contacted FedEx and the item was addressed to someone else. so someone at Vib07 put my tracking number on someone else's purchase. I contacted Vib07 with a photo showing my item was delivered to the wrong address. I got one reply from them in November acknowledging the issue. I have not heard from them since, and they have ignored my other attempts to contact them. I have not received my item, or gotten a refund from them.Initial Complaint

On 10/21/2024 I placed an order to the company VIB07 for an exercise vibration plate. I have never received confirmation from them of when my package will be delivered. I have reached out to their email due to them not having a customer service number and they stated they were back logged and will expedite my delivery. I waited a few more days for an update and had not received any. I emailed them again, they apologized for the inconvenience and stated because of it they would include a free resistance band as a gift. A couple weeks go by and there has still been no update. I sent out another email requesting an update only to get an automated response stating the email is no longer active. I have filed a dispute with my bank and they are conducting an investigation. Ordered item on 9/27/2024. Paid 199.00.
I reached out and inquired about order on 10/20/2024. Got a response on 10/22/2024 that order would be shipped in 5 days. I reached out in 11/23/2024 as order still not received and requested a refund. Received response in 11/24/2024 that my order **** had been delivered, tracking number ************ provided. When I checked this showed a package was delivered to ********** ** - not where I live. I reached out again to VIB 07 with this info. I let them know of error and requested they initiate report with *** ** (I attempted but site said sender had to do). They apologized and said they would investigate. I reached out 12/6/2024 to as about the investigation. On 12/7/2024 received message they VIB 07 still investigating. Today, 12/23/2024 I attempted to email which was returned, unable to deliver. I ordered vib07 back in October of 2024. I never received my package. I have emailed the company several times . They say is was delivered but delivered in ************ *******. I live in ******* ******* ! No where near ************ ! When i have emailed them they send the same exact email back every time ! Today when i tried to reach them they have deleted the website and email . So now im coming to you to try to resolve this issueInitial Complaint

Order for VIB 07 Vibration plate, paying 199.00 USD was placed on 11/19/2024. I got multiple "Your order is almost ready" emails. Then I still got no tracking information and the order still did not come.
I reached out to the company on 12/2 (email 1) and received an email back that the item was delivered but it was delivered to the wrong address. They send me a tracking link (email 2), in which looking up this tracking link I believe it was just an arbitrary tracking link to a close by town, as the package in the photo isn't even close to the size of the expected package.
I asked for a refund, and I emailed them again this morning to get a update on my refund and the email is no longer viable.
This is $199 in which I believe the company to have never even shipped the item or have the item and a scam. I would like a full refund from the company.
