      When I originally ordered this product, it was never shipped out. I contacted the company after several weeks of waiting and received an apology and was told it was being shipped out. Then I received notice that the order had been delivered. Upon checking the ***** website, I see that they had delivered it to the wrong address (a town approximately 200 miles from my address). I then contacted the company again and sent them all the proof that they had labeled the wrong address to be sent to. I received yet another apology. I have asked for my money to be refunded and now I cannot get a response from them. When I try to email them, it comes back as rejected. I am extremely frustrated.

      I ordered a vibrate plate from this company for 200$ and they gave me a tracking number that didn’t go to my address so when it never arrived and said delivered I contacted the fed ex shipping that says it was not delivered to my address so I can’t open a claim. The picture was also of the wrong house so I contacted my bank and they would not reverse payment because it says delivered ? So finally the vib07 responded and said they are working on the matter and have said that 6 different ways in the past month. I looked up online and found so many people they do this same scam on daily , I don’t know what to do but now I’m out 200$ and then they had the nerve to charge me 39.99 after All this .

      I went to ask why I was blocked on their ******** page which is where I purchased the item from as well as the website I can’t find and then my email was blocked too so now I have no way of contacting them either. This has happened to so many people I found while doing research same exact thing .

      On October 7, 2024 I purchased a vibra plate from VIB07. On 11/8 I reached out to their email and asked about the status of my order. They did respond on 11/9 but the response seemed fishy and they didn’t provide any status. I requested a refund. They responded several times but would never address that I continually requested a refund since they had not yet shipped the item nor could they provide a status. To date, I have requested a refund 7 times in writing and also recently requested a contact phone number which I have not received. I filed with **** *** that I didn’t receive the item but no action has been taken. I want my money back. This is clearly a scam.

      I ordered an item and it said it was delivered. It cost 200 dollars. I contacted the company and they said they would investigate. I haven’t heard back. I looked on ******** and found many reviews stating the same thing happened to them and it was a scam.

      I purchased a vibration plate from Vib07 October 19, 2024 And never received it. They originally told me there was a backorder and it would be delayed. Due to the delay, they even stated I was going to receive an upgraded product that was sent in an email October 21, 2024. November 10, 2024. I received an email stating my order was ready to ship. I finally found a way to track the package through another app called ****, and once I opened it, it stated my device was delivered November 15, 2024, but I never received it. I emailed the company November 26, 2024 to inform them, I did not receive the package. They responded the same day and let me know the package was delivered to the wrong address and they would be in touch soon to remedy the situation. As of today, they stopped communications, I have not received a package, and I have requested a refund multiple times to which they have not responded.

      I ordered the product from their website months ago and have received nothing. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and they have told me that they are still trying to get the product to me and yet nothing happens. At this point I think the company is a scam, it’s false advertising and taking people’s money. I want a refund as I’ve asked for multiple times.

      We purchased a "4D vibration plate 2.0" from VIB07.com on October 30, 2024 (order #****).
      Over the next 3 or 4 weeks, we received several emails thanking us for our patience and letting us know our package was close to being sent.
      On November 21st we received an email with a tracking number...
      Then ***** notified us our package had been delivered...including a photo of the package on the porch.
      IT WASN'T OUR PORCH...and the package was too small to be our vibration plate.
      From the photo of the porch, we tracked down the home and spoke with the recipients.
      The delivery was actually a pair of tennis shoes...and not anything from VIB07.
      I looked up VIB07 and there's no phone number...just an email ([email protected]).
      I have been corresponding with VIB07 and was told they'd refund our $239. When I checked, not only did they NOT refund our money, but found an unsolicited charge of $39.99 on top of the original $239.
      We immediately canceled our credit card and reached out to them again with an unhappy message after realizing we've been a victim of fraud.
      There are MANY people with the same complaint on your BBB website. From now on I will be checking your site prior to online ordering.
