1 starAbsolutely horrible…. It goes off periodically through the day. They say it’s fixed for a couple days and goes back to being offline. It’s always slow why can’t we just have our own providers then you call and they are rude and nothing gets done . 1 starThey have horrible customer service. Horrible Internet service. They have a monopoly on apartment complexes in T**** *** We are not allowed to have any other Internet provider in the apartment complex because of moon beam. They gave me a very old modem, I had no idea how old it was. When I told them that my Internet was really bad and laggy. They said that my modem was old and that I would have to purchase a new one. They are very unprofessional. I was forced to buy a new one because I work from home and the Internet is still bad.Moonbeam Equipment & Communication, LLC

Our modems have a warranty and if the modem goes bad after the warranty expires then the customer will need to purchase the next one. We keep the price reasonable so our customers can afford them. If this resident is still having internet issues we need them to contact us to schedule a tech visit so we can correct the problem. 1 starI live in ***** ** **** ** *********** ** and the Internet is ridiculous. It constantly goes out. Right now it has been out since last night around 11pm and it's currently 9am in the morning. There's no number to call for troubleshooting. I resetted it numerous of times moved it all around my house. I literally stayed up until 3 in the morning trying to get it to work and nothing. This is ridiculous and everyone is putting in an signed petition to get the Internet service changed to an more reliable service because this is not it. People are paying too much for rent nowadays to be having to worry about their Internet going out and the worse part about it is that there's nobody to contact when it goes out. By far the worse Internet service ever. I Rather use ***** or ***** home Internet service and pay them my $50 at least I'll have somebody to call for troubleshooting or resetting or any technical support problems I have.Moonbeam Equipment & Communication, LLC

1 starThe service is down again. My family and I moved to this complex over 7 months ago and the internet is down constantly. It's either severely slow or not working at all. I can understand emergency situations but even when Moonbeam is performing supposed upgrades or maintenance, residents aren't provided any kind of courtesy to know beforehand. My children have school assignments and homework that are falling behind this week because we've had maybe 1 day of partially working service this entire week. We would love to change providers, any provider but unfortunately, we are forced to keep this unreliable service. I called during business hours to speak with a manager and was advised by a gentleman to call back tomorrow to speak with Cindy. This is unacceptable and of very poor business ethics. Customers are forced to pay for services that do not work on a regular basis. Sadly, it feels like we are being taken advantage of for $40 a month. I'd rather pay another provider triple that amount for better service. Something really needs to be done immediately to improve this service. 1 starHORRIBLE. 0 stars if I could! I was practically forced to use the internet provided by my apartment complex which is owned by the same people moon beam is owned by. I was told xfinity was not allowed in my unit because they would need to add cords and what not and they’re not allowed to drill in the walls where there are spots for other internet servers). 2 outlets besides moon beam outlet and neither have service outside of unit to install services from other providers. Internet lags all the time, disconnects TOO often and randomly goes offline for hours without explanation. They are not a 24/7 company like others so if internet goes out before 8am or after 8pm or even on a Sunday there is no one to speak to. Not only did I pay $50 for a modem with the management office, I was told if the modem is the issue I would need to pay for another modem and lose up to 48 hours of internet service which doesn’t work well for me being a full time student. Internet is included in rent but I would rather it be deducted and be allowed to have other services to be installed. At least this way my issues and concerns can be taken serious and a fix can happen. Currently been without internet for about 2 hours and I have no way to contact anyone regarding what the issues may be. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!Moonbeam Equipment & Communication, LLC

1 starThis company is an embarrassment and doesn’t credit anyone for losing their internet connection, while their website advocates for outstanding service, it’s terrible I’m not the only person who feels this by the way I see the complaints I’ve been having intermittent service for the since early September they advised us that they were having updates to be patient and that some may need to switch out modems. I’ve switched out many modems and that does not seem to be working. I don’t think they know what they’re doing and I think they need help outsourcing bringing someone who really is familiar with getting the connections correctly done because I don’t think their employees actually know what they’re doing. That’s why they have complaints because it’s still not working whatever that employees are doing. It’s not working higher someone who is 100% familiar with completing an ongoing issue with customers who keep losing their Internet and it’s like they don’t care, so why are you billing us for entire month and we only getting a week of service my mother has ******** she never has an outage or interruptions. I get interruptions every other day and they keep saying they’re sending someone out but these people don’t know what they’re doing. I refuse to enter the new year with issues with my Internet now get on get on it I'm gonna report this to the Better Business Bureau it's time. I've given you guys ample opportunities to get it right I've I don't understand what your Internet service does but you need to be updated I don’t know it is in your programming to let it stay on I don't know what it is it could be the modem it could be your service it's something I cannot tell you how upsetting and embarrassing that I had to turn Guest away because I did not have no Internet throughout the holidays and it's still not working. We were not aware of any prior issues before yesterday. We have recently become aware of the issues that occurred back in September for this customer.
Upon reviewing our records, we noticed that there was a lapse in communication, and we understand that this customer did not reach out to us to resolve the issues at that time. We want to acknowledge that we value feedback and are committed to providing excellent service to our customers.
A technician was dispatched to this customers location, and the necessary repairs have been made to their satisfaction.

1 starI live in ********** *******. & i wfh, Internet service is TERRIBLE, This company is not open 24/7 like other companies, So when my internet goes out at 6am when i start work its an issue. Theres noone to talk to and it effects my job . Then they wanna charge u for a modem, Last year i was charged $50 by my apt complex for a refurbished modem. We are working with this customer to resolve her issues. Our modems have a warranty on them but after that timeframe the residents would have to pay out of pocket at a reduced rate to replace equipment once the warranty is no longer valid.
