      I was unaware about this company until it was brought to my attention, when giving access to my credit report. Supposedly I have an open account with them since 2019 and I owe them $942. I am unaware as to why and from where I owe this amount of money.

      They are horrible and crooks. My wife and I were hit with identity fraud during COVID and Hurricanes in the ********* area. Long story short, they sent a collection on us for a $1100 credit card. They were notified bout the identity fraud etc but chose to file judgements and garnishments and almost doubled the amount. I offered to pay the amount in full twice and they could never give me an amount but that was a lie to hold me off so it could go to court. Phone records are recorded for proof. What a shame on a company that garnished 25% of wages from a ********* educator where we all know teachers do not make large incomes. Hopefully there is someone out there that can put an end to companies like this.

      Worst company ever! They lined my property without my knowledge for 18 years. Send notices to somebody else's address. Add the wrong zip code on my address. So we never got one notice now They want $10000 in late fees- And they refuse to negotiate. Slime balls...

      If I could give this company a minus 0 I would. They sued me for a debt that was not even in my name. They took me to court and after I asked for debt validation, they told the judge that I missed the court hearing. It turned out they sent the hearing to the wrong person. The judge ruled against me without any proof that this was my debt. I made multiple calls to the judge and none of them could provide proof that the debt belonged to me. This company should not be allowed to be opened.

      This is a terrible company. Garnish my check for months and did not ever show it paid. It continued to show a negative balance and increased every month. It's paid by the court. Can't say that you didn't get it. SCAM I even called them they gave me another number and go left me on hold forever. ZERO STARS

      I never got a letter or anything telling me that these people were going to garnish my wages. I only found out because I noticed my paychecks were smaller, then did dome investigation online to see if I had any court cases. Apparently, there was a lot of things going on without me knowing, and was apparently decided that I would have wage garnishment. I had no idea any of this was going on, and am incredibly annoyed about being kept in the dark. These people are scummy.

      I have sent this company two certified letters via the USPS and confirmed they were signed for. I have e-mailed them three times now. I have left them over four voice mails. I created an online account to see about paying a very small bill that is nearly seven years old ($602) and their online portal tells me I am unable to do anything with the account and to call them on Monday morning. Unfortunately, this incompetent company is unable to answering their phone, e-mails, or US postal mailings. At this point in time, it is now the principal of the matter, and I will be working with an attorney this coming week to get the account deleted and they can forget any sort of payment. I have given them ample opportunity to reply like a professional company. See you in court!

      This company is not reputable and is a harasser. They cannot answer simple questions and when you continue to ask for clarity and detail they reply with I need to transfer you to another department. Of course the transfer never happens as you are left on hold for an indefinite amount of time. It is truly sad that these type of companies are allowed to be in operation.

      This company is a bottom feeder debt collector. They buy debts for pennies on the dollar and then try and get people to pay them a debt they do NOT owe to this company. If they are not the original company you had dealings with, then you DO NOT owe them money and they cannot PROVE you owe them money because they do not have a written, wet ink signature, showing there is any contract with you. Do not pay these scum bags a dime. They never provided any service to any of you. They buy up old debts, literally for pennies and then if they can sucker you into paying them, it is all pure profit to them. Do not admit to any debt and tell them to pound salt! If they take you to court, make them bring the signed contract you had with them showing they provided you with something and you never paid them for it. They won't have one!
