      I purchased my original washing machine on May 23. I began having issues towards the end of July when it started shaking during every spin cycle. I put in a service request **********. ******* decided to replace it instead of repairing it. When I called to order the replacement I was told my same machine was not available. I requested a refund under ticket number **********.

      On the same day I purchased the exact same machine from the ******* website for $1094.93. The delivery date listed was August 3. On August 2 I received an email that I need to reschedule delivery due to overbooking. After trying very hard to get a reasonable delivery date I scheduled for August 18. On August 17 I was given the delivery window 4 PM to 8 PM and at 9:30 PM on August 18 I called XPO logistics and they said my order was still on the truck to be delivered. I called again on the morning of August 19 and they said my delivery was rescheduled due to weather in traffic and it would be September before they can deliver. After escalating the issue they promised my washing machine would be delivered the morning of Saturday, August 20 but the order never came. When I called again they said my delivery had been rescheduled due to overbooking and it would be September 6 before I would receive my order.

      XPO then rescheduled the delivery for Wednesday, August 24. This delivery made it to my house but the washing machine looked like it had been tossed around and kicked so I didn't accept the delivery. ******* sent a new machine out on and it was finally delivered today, September 6, but the delivery man refused to take my old machine with him even though it was on the order and he wouldn't install the new machine on the pedestal that my other machine was on.

      Mattress order,

      XPO received the delivery order 9/27/2022 for a last mile delivery. Tracking ******************. twice now they have failed to delivery on the promised date even though there tracking shows them as out for delivery. come to find out that they lost the product and was told there tracking system does not work and automatically moves progress on its own regardless of the actual tracking. They have never called one time to state that they don't have the product and just no show. They lied several time about not having the product even though the manufacturer has proof of delivery too xpo. They lied about putting in the first dock search. This is by far the worst LTL and last mile shipper I have ever dealt with with the most rude customer service i have ever seen. I just what the product they lost and for things to move forward i need them to admit fault so a few one can be manufactured and shipped and compensation for twice having to take off work for a flat out lie on there tracking system

      XPO is contracted with ******* to deliver some items. I purchased an oven since my current oven is not working. The wall ovens are hard to find in store and must be ordered. ******* had me pick my delivery date to ensure I would be home. Well, XPO emailed me with a scheduling link that didn't work. I called three times and was hung up on each time before talking with a representative. I then used live chat where the representative told me I was wrong about delivery date despite supporting documentation from Samsung. They proceeded to schedule my delivery on a date I specified I would not be home a month after my original deliver date. They have my oven in their warehouse about 2 hours away, but can't deliver it for a month.

      I sent an email with my concerns and was blown off again. They won't even change my delivery date to a day I will be home.

      Thanks XPO for delaying my ability to cook for my family.

The customer's delivery location is over 120 miles from our facility in an area where we only deliver once per week. Our system did not capture a pre-scheduled date from Samsung. We are reaching out to the retailer to see what may have caused this disconnect.

      Tracking number ****************** 10/18/22 We moved our stove and bought dinner out because the new range was supposed to be delivered by 6:30 PM.. 9:30pm the website still says they’re on route… 6am today they say it will be here today… 11am says they will be delivering on the 1st of November!!! We call and they continue to insist we will have to wait and yesterday was a reschedule from the week before. They were super rude and then insisted we wait until November. We ask to speak with a manager and are flat out told we cannot. This is bad business etiquette and they should not be allowed to operate the way they do.

      ORDERED A FRIDGE WITH ******* ****** ON 9/14/22. WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BY XPO ON OCTOBER 8TH. AFTER A WEEK OF TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE MY FRIDGE WAS, IT WAS AT XPO AND THEY DIDN'T PUT IT IN RECIEVED STATUS.       Good afternoon, name is ***** ******, and order # is *********. I had a schedule delivery from 11-3 today. By 3:30, still no delivery. I decided to call the designated location and was told that the driver was stuck on the freeway (75) but that I was his next delivery. I waited in the living room until around 6 pm. I saw a truck stop for a while and then drive off. I instantly got a notification that my delivery was attempted. I called the location again. The representative then told me that driver had stopped, knocked on my door, called me twice, and then drove off. I was in disbelief at the fabricated narrative that they driver made. I did ask for his name and they said it was Micheal. I asked the representative what were my options now and she only option was to reschedule for tomorrow. I advised her that I could not take another day off work. She then stated that the only option was for me to leave a note on the mailbox to say I authorize the delivery without anyone present. I am at amazed that this is the practice companies like this makes, especially after paying so much for shipping and handling; which I didn’t get.

      Description of Complaint:
      i bought a new ******* washer and dryer. order : ***********. upon delivery the dryer made a grinding noise. the delivery company (XPO) suggested that i contact ******* to get it fixed. when ******* sent out a repair tech (******* Ticket #: [**********]), the tech mentioned that the dryer was damaged during delivery and that it wasnt covered under warranty due to the delivery issue. Attached are two pictures that the tech took.

      I purchased a washer and dryer set from ******* website on October 13th, 2022. The confirmed delivery date was set to October 15th, 2022 by XPO logistics. The email/text notification stated that I would receive a call regarding the time of the delivery on the confirmed date. I received another email/text stating that the delivery would occur between 8am-12pm on Oct 15th. After this delivery window passed, I called XPO to inquire about the delivery and also tracked my order status online. The website FALSELY stated that they attempted the delivery but I was not home. This is falsification of records, as the XPO customer service agent confirmed that the delivery drivers made a mistake in which they forgot one my of appliances. I asked that my tracking record be corrected to a true statement as a delivery error and to not falsely place blame on the customer. I then asked when I will receive the delivery and the agent stated that I would be set as a priority/expedited delivery for October 16th morning. I called XPO on 10/16 and was informed that the delivery window has passed and the reason states as failed delivery due to noone being home. I informed this 2nd agent that this was a false statement, and this information should be corrected. I also asked when the delivery was to be expected, and the agent informed me that the warehouse was closed on Sundays. I asked to escalate this issue to a manager, as this inconvenience has caused me to be home waiting for a delivery for two days without a courtesy phone call to inform me of the mishap and that the delivery will NOT happen. I was transferred to the "Resolution team", someone named Chris with employee ID ********. This person would not allow me to escalate this issue to his supervisor nor warehouse directly and stated that it was against policy to provide such information. I called XPO again this morning, 10/17 and had to demand that I receive my order as an expedited order. I was given false information by 4 agents.

      XPO logistics delivered my ******* on 8/14. The driver backed into my mailbox and knocked it off the post. I filed a claim, provided receipts (totaling over $500) and have called repeatedly to follow up. I cannot get a straight answer for my claim.

      I discussed with ******* to move our treadmill in August 2022 from one floor to another, they contracted this service out to XPO logistics and scheduled the move for 9/8/2022. On the day of service they called to say they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the right number of men for the job. It was then rescheduled for 9/22/22, on the day of service XPO called, said that the service was scheduled wrong they still didn’t have enough men and cancelled service same day. It was then rescheduled for 10/6/2022, I confirmed with XPO that a team would be coming with enough men, they called morning of, said they were on their way, then never came and cancelled the service. This was rescheduled for 10/13/2022, I checked with XPO ahead of time to confirm 3 man team for the move, they confirmed, on the morning of service they called and said they didn’t know we needed a 3 man team (although this had been discussed on the prior 4 occasions before schedule date of service), they then cancelled again and rescheduled for 11/9/2022.

      I think I’m frustrated as I’ve had to take time off of work each time they schedule and I can’t afford to keep doing this.

      At this point I don’t think I’m not the only one that has been disappointed by the service of this company after reading some things online but I thought you should know as well.
