      This business keeps harassing me to pay an invoice that isn’t for my company. I have called them and received email confirmation from another entity within their organization that they have made a mistake. In this email confirmation they have included the collector. Yet he is still sending me collections correspondence.

      "Overpriced and Not Worth It - Very Disappointed with XPO
      Freight"
      I used XPO Freight expecting a premium service, but all I got was a hefty bill and poor value. Their pricing is way above industry standards, and there's no transparency in the quote process. I ended up paying significantly more than expected,. But I don’t pay that sky rock price they took my merchandises

      Unskilled, unprofessional driver could not drive truck in reverse, refused to come into an 80 ft driveway and left product in road of single lane street as his "only option" even though I assured him we've had much bigger trucks turn around in the driveway. Do not use this company!

      XPO Logistics consistently cheats and provides incorrect weight adjustments. We are very regular shippers and we will no longer use XPO Logistics since their quoted prices and not what they charge us.

      We have a driver name Jose A**** C******, from **********, who deliver our good pallets. He is so kind and generous. Our fragile goods come in GREAT CONDITION. Most of the drivers are quick to unload and leave because they want to have a higher quota of delivery. Jose Angel C****** is different. He put quality into his work ethics instead of quantity. I hope he can have a promotion and still be our driver.

      Terrible! They damaged $3,600 worth of parts (no labor) on 2 outboard motors. Pictures and proof of no damage BEFORE the engine crates were picked up. Both steel engine crates were damaged in their possession and damage to the motors themselves. Damage was acknowledged by the driver in writing and pictures BEFORE the motors were removed from the truck.
      Claim filed and took almost 4 months to get a response. XPO offered to pay $137.50. These people are hacks! No responsibility in their terrible service. Incapable and incompetent!!!

      This company was horrible to work with. The delivery drivers were incredibly rude and condescending. They were unaccommodating and inflexible. Told me that they would charge me extra to deliver my package into the garage and that I had to help hand unload my product from the truck or they would leave it in the middle of the road. I plan to escalate this issue. Do yourself a favor and use another provider.

      The driver that delivered to us today was incredibly rude and not helpful. We are a small business and we do not have a forklift - pallet job or even a proper dock. But we do have a small area where we receive incoming materials. He said he could on drop our materials at the front door and could not be responsible if anything was damaged if he had to go further than that. This is not a barn or construction site so dropping of a pallet at the front door just doesn't work. I asked him if he normally delivered to the receiving area or does he always just drops customer pallets at the front door. The experience with this driver left such a bad impression on me and I hope we never to deal with this company again!

      XPO is calling us for RXO, and is scheduling for RXO.
      We have been put off for pick up 5 times. It's been over a month trying to return this.
      This is an ****** return. It's a freezer. We have a forklift, so any truck will do. All we need is for them to actually show up.
