      Delivery was scheduled for 10//1 10-2pm window. Took the day off from work to receive package as it required signature. 2pm came and passed and nothing, at 6pm I call the company to find out what is happening and I'm told that that the driver is running behind, but he will make the delivery. AT 9pm, I receive a call saying that the truck driver's truck was having mechanical issues and that he won't be making the delivery on that day (Duh!), but someone would reach out to me to reschedule on Sunday. Of course Sunday comes and no one reaches out so I called, low and behold... XPO was closed. Called today 10/3 to find out what's happening, they tell me that my delivery will be made on 10/10 a they are overbooked and blah blah blah....I asked to speak to a supervisor.. surprise no one is available. After going back and forth, they miraculously scheduled me to 10/7. This company needs to shape up, after reading other comments I can see this happens quite frequently. ******* and other vendors who use this company need to bring their business elsewhere because XPO is not reliable and does not give a crap about customers!

      On 8/3/2022 a washer I purchased from ***** was delivered by XPO. The delivery team was supposed to remove the old washer & install the new washer. They told me they needed the water shut off to my condo but the main shut off is in a neighbors unit and that person was unable to turn off the water. The delivery team brought the new washer in leaving it in my living room and the old one not removed. When the delivery team left I discovered that the reason the delivery man asked me to turn off the main water was because he broke the washer valves. After he left I had discovered that the cold water washer valve handle was broken. I reported this to the ***** store immediately both via phone and in person that evening. I had to hire a plumber to replace the damaged/broken valves. It was discovered that both valves had in fact been broken/damaged. I was told XPO does not have plumbers or contractors and therefore no one came out to examine the damage. I submitted photos the the managers at Lowes. I am requesting prompt resolution of this matter & reimbursement for the damage caused by the delivery team.

      My washer and dryer delivery has been canceled 4 times with no explanation,emails,voice mails. Just random text messages saying the delivery date is now this. Talk to people at xpo and they just say there are notes on file but no reason why I ask to speak to someone who can tell me and I'm told there busy.

      I ordered a ******* 4-door French door Refrigerator from ******** website on 08-28-2022 (Order#***********). I scheduled delivery for 09-16-2022 which ******* uses XPO Logistics to deliver. On 09-16-2022 I got a call from XPO confirming delivery of a panel that goes on the front of the fridge, but no fridge. I told them I needed both, not just the panel, so the delivery was marked “refused by customer.” I called XPO and ********* customer service lines, and XPO said they could only email the ********* ** facility it would be coming from. They said they would email the facility to schedule another delivery date. ******* said they’d reach out to XPO about the issue. I heard nothing until a week later.

      The next Friday I received a call from XPO to schedule delivery of the fridge again. The woman that called me asked me when I wanted it, I told her Wednesday 09/28/2022 will work. She confirmed the delivery and I received text confirmation of that date. On that day, nothing came. I called XPO who said there was a hard hold on the order, stating a note saying “Freight is missing.” I have had multiple emails sent and calls into both ******* and XPO, but have not received any solution to this problem and I still have no fridge. ******* also shows I received the panel, which I have not.

      We had a washer and dryer delivered on 9/17/2022, we paid for installation but XPO was only able to install the washer but not the dryer since the warehouse "ran out of vents and powercords", the delivery guy then told me they'll call me 9/19/2022 to schedule the install for the dryer. I was not contacted every until I called ******* on 9/20/2022 where they put a request to have XPO do the install. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have not received a call, every time I get with XPO I get told they'll email their install team to resolve my issue. I wouldn't care about the install but it's the fact that we're missing parts to what we paid for that bothers me. I need this fixed ASAP.

      I ordered a range from ******* and was contacted by XPO logistics to schedule deliver. Delivery was scheduled for Monday Sept. 26. I received a test on Sept. 13 confirming delivery on Monday Sept. 26. On Friday, Sept 16, I received a text and email from XPO confirming delivery for the next day, Saturday Sept. 17. I had never discussed rescheduling and this was my 1st notice that XPO had unilaterally rescheduled delivery with less than 24 hours notice. I called XPO and they told me deliveries on Sept. 26 had been overbooked and the range would be delivered the next day, On such short notice, there was no time to have the range disconnected. The XPO delivery people said they were not allowed to disconnect the range and I would have to reschedule.
      I called XPO again and rescheduled for XPO's next available date, October 8. On Sept. 29, I received a text from XPO confirming delivery on the next day, Sept. 30. Once again, I had never discussed rescheduling delivery for September 30 and this was my 1st notice that XPO had unilaterally rescheduled deliver with less than 24 hours notice. I called one of the XPO numbers in the text messages I had received and was told I would have to call another number. I called that XPO number and said I could not be home on Sept 30 and could not have the range disconnected on such short notice. I was told there was nothing that could be done except to wait for someone from XPO's local agent to call to reschedule. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told several times this could not happen. This pattern of unilateral rescheduling on less than 24 hours notice with no way to obtain a reliable delivery date is horrible. I would like XPO to contact me and arrange for a delivery date that allows time to disconnect the range and then actually deliver on that agreed upon delivery date.

      This is the worst company known to mankind for expensive gym equipment delivery . Thank God ******* does not use. I purchased a ***** sever months ago and it became defective. I reached out to company and a new machine was sent through this XPO company. The date was set for delivery and take away. The delivery was made but the broken equipment was not hauled away. My second date was set however that technician was only equipped to build machine not take down. Two weeks later same occurrence but to make matters worse this crew was a DAY late!!! Then the lead builder tried to convince me that it was spotty internet servicing and not a jacked up machine- he really didn’t want to put new machine together. After a few choice words the new machine was built but still NO haul away. I called company the following day and these idiots tell me that I need to contact ***** because they don’t have a work order . After explaining that ***** has nothing to do with incompetence of XPO and a few other expletives customer service chick says an email was sent. Meanwhile I have a big ass piece of disassembled broken equipment taking up 3/4 thx if my workout room!!! Wouldn’t recommend this company to a cockroach!!! Still waiting therefore am putting this company on blast !!

      On Saturday June 11, we had our ******* smart fridge delivered.
      During the delivery some significant damage was done to my home. We opened a claim with delivery service XPO Logistics. We got the run around from XPO logistics for almost 2 months. Then started dealing with another person. We were told to get a quote on the damage and we did. Since then we have been told that XPO Logistics is making their contractor file a claim with their insurance. Now we are coming up on 4 months and they keep telling us the same thing. Their contractor is filing a claim. If this was minor damage I would not care as much but they caused $15,000 in damages. I feel as if they are hoping I will just go away.

      We ordered a Tread from *******, which was scheduled to be delivered by XPO on September 6th. They cancelled at delivery saying they needed 3 people to delivery and the warehouse only sent 2 people. We were rescheduled and confirmed for 9/24 and again cancelled the day of. We were rescheduled for a third time on 9/28, confirmed with an XPO representative that the item was confirmed for delivery at 7:30am the morning of delivery and half hour later our delivery was cancelled a third time, with no reason as to why it was confirmed then cancelled.

      I ordered a ping pong table from ******, which was shipped from XPO Logistics. The product was originally supposed to arrive on September 22nd. This shipment requires a signature upon receipt, so I took a day off work so that I could sign for the product (XPO could not give me a delivery time window other than 6 am-6 pm, therefore I felt the need to take off work so that I would not miss the delivery). The shipment never arrived on the 22nd, so I reached out to their customer service... They told me they needed to reschedule the delivery for the following day (Sept 23). The delivery never occurred on the 23rd, nor the 24th, and so on. Each day since then I get an email telling me I need to reschedule the delivery. There is no reasoning given for the need to reschedule. I have emailed customer service and gotten no response, tried chatting online and get no response, and at this point, I don't know what to do. I looked up reviews online for XPO and they are almost entirely negative. I am afraid that I am out of $300 for a pool table I will likely never receive.
