      I am awaiting delivery on a ****** bike.

      My original delivery date was 8/24, then cancelled.

      I rescheduled for 8/29, then cancelled.

      I rescheduled for 9/2, then cancelled.

      I rescheduled for 9/9, then cancelled.

      I'm now up to my FIFTH time rescheduling. Each time I call I speak to an outsourced company in ***** who says my box did not make it on the truck. This is an unacceptable way to run a business. When you schedule a delivery date YOU NEED TO STICK TO THAT DELIVERY DATE. At this point I do not think my package will ever arrive.

      Good afternoon, definitely ******* as merchandise company,  and XPO as delivery company as de worst companies. 

      We bought some products a couple weeks ago in ******* website (Refrigerator, Dryer and Washer Machine), there appear the delivery would be by August 31/2022, taking in account we moved from Florida to Dallas Texas and we NEED some Diabetic and Other medications refrigerated, we agreed with this order frame time, as you can see in the evidence here attached. 

      On August 31/2022 we received a message and email the delivery was re-schedule for September 14/2022, in that moment we called, sent emails, and scaled our complaint to the high level. We received a manager’s call in regard to this situation trying to help us to get the delivery as today September 7/2022. 

      Here is important to make note that the products (Refrigerator, Dryer and Washer Machines) was available in the store in Arlington Texas, 25 minutes away from our home, since August 31/2022. According with the tracking information. Although we explained them, our needs to keep some medications refrigerated, we gave the option to pick up the items in the store, but “XPO delivery company” denied that. 

      This is 25 minutes to our house: this was easy to us bring the product as they offer in the website when we purchased the products. But finally it was like “false advertisement”. For the customer is not a good service to get any date or time frame and finally they changed everything without previously consent to the client.

      Today Wednesday August 7/2022 at 9:35 am the “XPO delivery company truck” arrived to our house with the products. OH SURPRISE: THE REFRIGERATOR WAS WITH A BIG DENT (like a hole) IN THE LEFT SIDE, SCRATCHED… the BOTTOM (2) TWO color panels WERE NOT DELIVERED, you can see the pictures. This is VERY NEGLIGENT FROM: ******* COMPANY (product quality revision), and XPO delivery company (for not reviewing the product before delivery, and review all the details are completed.

      Bad Service, Took a day off for delivery. Missed a call from the driver I called him back he said that the depot told him to bring the shipment back as it was too far away. Depot told me they tried to deliver and showed me a ****** image of my house with the old paint on it! tracking number ******************

      ******* bike ordered, scheduled delivery for 9/7/22. Confirmed via phone and email. No contact from company, delivery not completed. Told it was completed, nobody was home, and that delivery was refused by me by 3 different people which is all false. Have not been able to reschedule my delivery despite multiple attempts to call, no contact from company. I am looking to just get the delivery scheduled and completed.

      I am still waiting on a shipment. It was supposed to be delivered 9/6/2022, and for whatever reason it was not. Speaking to your "Resolution Specialist" yesterday 9/7/2022 and I was told that my order would be delivered today. I have not received a call and it is looking like I have wasted 2 days of PTO for this to be delivered.

      XPO is the worst delivery company in the world. I brought a refrigerator from ******* at July 27, 2022 and scheduled to delivery at 8/18/2022. At that day, they were coming and said the refrigerator is too large and I need to take the door off but they won't to take the door off for us with really bad attitude and they said they are really busy so they left the refrigerator in my garage then went away. So I keep calling XPO multiply times but they keep saying they will give us response in 24-48 hours. Then finally they scheduled the installation for my refrigerator at 9/2/2022. However, at that day, the driver didn't show up with no call or any message. So I call XPO again, and they cannot do everything only say sorry. So I returned the refrigerator to ******* and brought another one. This one is scheduled delivery today- 9/8/2022 and I received the message which show the delivery is confirmed at from 9 AM - 1 PM 9/8/2022 yesterday. BUT!! Today I just received a message to let me schedule it again with the earliest data is 9/21/2022. So I called the XPO again, yeah, they only can say sorry and the truck is unavailable today and they said they will give me the response once the truck is available but don't know when it will be available. I am really mad and furious about the experience with XPO. The first refrigerator which I returned is still in my garage and the second one I don't even know when it can come to my home. Will XPO solve this???????????

      I purchased a new washing machine online from a manufacturer. they shipped the washer to XPO Logistics to delivery to me. the delivery was scheduled for Sept 9th. I received multiple emails and text messages from XPO stating that everything was in order for the delivery on Sept 9th. on Sept 8th in the morning I get a text from XPO that the delivery has changed to Sept 15th. no reason was given. So i called XPO the person told me that XPO only delivers in my area on Thursday and the 15th was as soon as they would be in my area. So I asked if I could come and pick up my Washer myself seeing as I had taken the 9th off from work for the delivery they told me would happen anyways. I was told no Customers are allowed to pick from the company. seem unreasonable to me that they basically hold my washer and not even allow me to come pick it up.

      I purchased a 65'' inches **** TV set from **. My Credit card was charged for $1514.08 on 08/20/2022. Last mile delivery was passed on by ** to XPO Logistics. XPO Logistics received the TV set at their ****** ** warehouse on 08/23 as per their own tracking information. My original date of delivery was 08/25/2022 which was re-scheduled on the morning of 08/25/2022 to 09/07/2022 without offering any explanation. On the eve before the re-scheduled delivery on 09/06/2022 I again received a text from them to reach out to them and schedule my delivery. Again no explanation was provided by XPO Logistics as to why the delivery was not done on 09/07/2022. Now my delivery has been re-scheduled a 3rd time to 09/20/2022. Keeping fingers crossed about this date but have decided to make complaint about XPO Logistics. This company should be put out of business for the sort of **** **** they are repeatedly pulling around with so many people. Do not understand as to why companies like **, ******* even use them for their last mile delivery. They are bringing a bad rep to them too. in-competent and very very un-professional company XPO Logistics. Please see attached from their own tracking information and I am still waiting for the delivery 20 days on. I live 4 miles from their warehouse where they have my stuff.

      XPO Logistics was contracted through *****/******* to deliver my replacement mattress from my mattress warranty claim. My replacement arrived at their warehouse on August 16th. I received an email August 4th and scheduled our delivery for August 25th. August 18th was the first day offered but that was our first day of school and I didn't need to be out of the classroom on the first day. I find someone to cover my class for August 25th and my mattress does not show up at all that day. No call, no email, nothing after the delivery was "confirmed" the day before (August 24th) saying that it would be delivered between 10am-2pm. I have the text to prove this, emails and people who can vouch for this. I called the afternoon of August 25th wanting to know when my delivery would arrive. They said they didn't know why it wasn't routed but would have the resolution team contact me with a reason and schedule a new date. I was never contacted and had to call to get it rescheduled. I rescheduled it for September 15th and was planning on taking off that day again to have our replacement delivered until I received a text message today with a new date of September 22nd instead of September 15th. I called and could not get a reason why the change happened. I'm tired of waiting for this replacement mattress to be delivered due to this company's lack of whatever. I know everyone is short-handed nowadays but I should not have to wait almost 2 months for a replacement mattress for our bed. I have not had anyone contact me from their resolution team even though they always say that someone will when I call with an issue. I just can't imagine why a company would want to run like this, without a care at all for customer service. If they cannot handle the loads or don't have enough deliveries to justify a trip this way they need to pass it off to a company who can. I believe they owe me for the wages I missed because I had to take off for no delivery on August 25th.

      XPO Logistics delivered a washing machine to my rental residence (different than my mailing address, for clarification, the delivery address is *** ***** ****** ******* ** *****) on August 11, 2022. The delivery was to a basement. The door to the basement should have been removed as it is narrow. The driver chose to attempt removal of the old washer without removing the door. The washer scraped the walls and hand railing from the bottom of the stairs all the way to the top. Then, they couldn't fit it out the door. They advised that they did not have any tools available to remove the door and asked if I could do it. I had tools and was willing to remove the door, while they took the machine back downstairs to wait. With the door removed, they were able to haul out the old machine back upstairs and out, and then install the new one. Once done, I pointed out the sizeable damage to the walls and handrail and made sure that it was noted in the delivery paperwork. I took pictures of the damage, as did the driver. One wall is scraped pretty much continuously from top to bottom, at about waist level. There are large black marks and missing paint. The handrailing on the other side has large scratch marks with all paint missing. This stairwell was painted less than a month earlier with fresh drywall and paint throughout. I contacted XPO the same day. They requested pictures and my delivery order that day, which I sent that day. On Aug. 15, I received a claim number and the name of my adjuster, Scot H******** with his email address. I attempted contact numerous time to no avail. On 8/17, I contacted claims and was told that I need to wait a week (8/22). I waited and did not hear. On 8/23 I was advised that Scot is gone and new adjuster is John R*******. I emailed him, to no avail. on 8/30, I received a call saying a new adjuster would be assigned. I received email from her on 8/30 saying I had to wait a week.
