      Yesterday 6/27/23 I was told me order would be shipped Wednesday 6/28/2023. I spoke with 4 service center reps and they have all bounce me around. I was told yesterday my order would be on Wednesday 6/28/2023 between the times of 9AM - 1PMEST. I spoke with various service reps and it seems no one knows what is going on. Or able to provide me any information based on the shipping XPO Logistics tracking number *********. I would like to know what is the status of my shipment. And no managers are available to discuss my matter, I also spoke with a person stated the shipment is on the truck. I need not to be charged for this shipment due to me taking time off from work. I would also request for a manager to contact me.

      On June 16, 2023, while I was on vacation, our neighbor advised that our brick mailbox had been destroyed (See pics 1 & 2). Upon returning home on June 17, 2023, I found a note under my front door mat stating:
      "I delivered to your neighbor down the road, thought I had enough room to turn around. tail swing knocked mailbox down. Reported to dispatch, will file claim this evening

      Dispatch **********
      Driver Randy H***** **********" (See Statement Doc).

      The back of the note reflects the busin*** the driver worked for is XPOLOGISTICS, **** ** ******** ******** ***** **. Phone numbers written on note have been called and been assured by "Tom" at dispatch that Travis H***, Manager would be in contact with me and that an insurance adjuster would reach out to me. Two contacts have been made with Tom and two with unidentified females at office # of **********. All have assured me that Travis H*** or a manager would be in contact me. My phone contacts have occurred from 6/19/2023 - 6/26/2023 without response.
      I'm without mail service while awaiting costs for repair to my brick mailbox.
      Please communicate with busin*** that an immediate resolution is needed for a problem they have created.

      This company has held my $1300 package captive for over a month. They have “attempted delivery” so many times. I have taken 3 days off of work and waited all day for my package. It has never showed and they continue to blame me. When I call them they continue to apologize but still no delivery. They “lost” the first one and now this one they said they were 30 minutes away from delivering the package. And never showed up. And posted on the tracking that I was not available. I have never been spun in so many directions by any company in my life and truly feel no one person should ever be treated like this again!!!

      I would like to claim for floor, stairs and wall damage and get the new fridge deliver and installed at the desire location. This is for delivery on 06/17/2023 for ******* ****. Address: ***** ****** ***** **** **** ******** ** *****. Tel. ###-###-####. Product delivery: ******* Fridge Model # *********** (Order # ***********; Tracking #*********************0; RXO Tracking #******************)

      When the delivery guy hauls away the old fridge, they drag the fridge across the kit**** and the dining room floor without using a dolly, or protection underneath the fridge or the floor. This causes a big long deep dent in my wood floor.

      After they drag the fridge across the kit****, dining room and hallway floor, and get to the stairs, they didn't put any sort of protection for the stairs or around the fridge to protect against damage to the wall and the wood floor (stairs). It is unbelievable that the workers were not provided with proper tool (straps) and protections to remove or deliver the fridge (appliances). They just slide the fridge down the stairs and cause damage to the wall and stairs. The pictures that are shown here are just fractional. There are many spots that are not able to show clearly in the photo.

      After they haul away my old appliances, they said they couldn't bring the new fridge upstairs as it is too heavy. They need to bring 2 more people to help. The fridge is now left in my garage and with the unknown return date that someone will come to bring it upstairs for us.

      Delivery of refrigerator finally made on June 14... when removed covering found numerous sratches.. uncertain who is responsible... seems to be management problems with both companies... have contacted Samsung the seller.. and told by neighbor to complain to trucking company too. Want replacement plus $325 price reduction.

      rxo stole my appliance as of 5/30/2023.

      after scratching an appliance and us telling them to bring the appliance in, they asked us to call ** and promised us not to leave and we told them to bring it in anyway because we already scheduled our flight ; while we were calling them; they ran away, stealing our appliance.

      i am contacting police, ** and upper rxo corp management to ensure these people legally entitled for all the damages to my work, time and life.

      if that appliance does not get delivered in 24 hours, i will pursue all legal civilsuit action against you and make sure you are
      punished with legal action for all damages you caused to my life!

      XPO/RXO on 5/18/23 called me to confirm delivery for 5/22/23, to which I confirmed. They then called to confirm this date on 5/19/23 to which I confirmed. Then on 5/21/23, XPO/RXO called and confirmed a window of 10am-2pm on 5/22/23 to which I confirmed. This required me to take time off of work to be present for the delivery window. At 10:30am on 5/22/23, I was informed that my delivery was moved to 5/31/23 because they could not fit my item in the delivery truck. I then spent 2 hours of my time getting this moved to what they said is 5/24/23. This will now be two days that I have to take off of work to be present for delivery. This company should refund the entire delivery fee of $386.40 that I paid. This is the most unprofessional last mile carrier I have ever utilized, and they would not like to be on the receiving end of their carlessness with peoples time.

      It's been 5 months and 4 failed attempted delivery & installation of our ******* washer dryer. I'm baffled by the level of incompetence of RXO.

      1st time, we were supposedly missing some parts - that's fine, we got the extra parts, but they did not even set-up what they could

      2nd time - they were unwilling to carry the washer and dryer up the stairs. We're a town house and it's admittedly not that easy, but everyone else has had their washer dryer installed. It's more laziness than anything

      3rd time - they arrived 2 days before the scheduled date when we weren't home? Why arrive completely at the wrong date?

      4th time - we were home all day, with our phone handy and even with a **** doorbell installed, ready to greet anyone who might install the washer dryer. Instead, no one came and they claimed no one was home.

      I was contacted two days ago to set up a delivery time for a pallet delivery of patio furniture. The delivery window was from 4-6pm. No Call, no show. I called the following day and spoke with their delivery representative. She told me that delivery must have gotten behind and they would deliver that day during the same time window 4-6pm. I called at 4pm to inquire if delivery was still on track. I was told that the delivery had been reported missing and they would let us know when it was located.

      After searching the internet, this seems to be a common issue. It appears like someone is working from the inside.
