    Purchased a car on 7/8/2024. It was an Audi but brought it from this dealer. The car had MULTIPLE issues with the brakes causing me to take that halt back to Greenwich as minimum of 4 times back and forth. The service guy told me the first time they would replace the breaks and rotors. The GM (Sales Manager) said that he wouldn't approve. I live 1 hour away from this place and they kept give me the run around. Finally after the Service Manager told me that he had NOT spoke to the GM (Sales Manager), despite the GM saying he had spoke with him, they agreed to replace all 4 brakes/ rotors, etc. My brakes are squeaking very LOUD despite them telling me they fixed them. Not only that, since I purchased this car, I have needed to put 1 quart of oil in it at minimum of 9 times in less than 5 months. I have already gone up there and they changed the oil, they said if it happens again don't put oil in it but come back. I called yesterday after threating legal action, which I fully plan to do, they said there's not they can do for me. Despite being "accommodating" and giving me a loaner, this car is a total nightmare and the Customer Service (Sales Manager) is worse.
