If I could leave a NEGATIVE result - I would have. I purchased Rough Country running boards for my son's Dodge Ram in early June for his birthday. Made appointment at Midas (which I have been a customer with well over 20 Years and my parents before me). They were able to do the Brake job and put on the Bed Cover (also part of birthday present). But were unable to put on running boards, he would need to drop the car off again. LONG LONG story short - second appointment MIDAS TECHNICIANS destroyed the running boards. They mounted the driver side but ruined the passenger side, LEFT the Driver side running board on and didn;t even call him about the damage they did, he found out when HE CALLED THEM after work to get his truck. Fast forward - MIDAS stated they would replace the running board that was damaged, 2 WEEKS later they received it (let me add they ordered the wrong running boards TWICE for totally WRONG MAKE OF TRUCK). Son dropped off truck again - HAD TO CALL MIDAS AGAIN to find out status of truck and was told they couldn't do it AGAIN - Son drove to MIDAS to find out MIDAS (without his permission or Knowledge) DROVE HIS TRUCK TO ANOTHER AUTO BODY SHOP to have them install running boards. He found this out when HE WENT TO MIDAS TO GET HIS TRUCK and had NO IDEA IT WAS OFF THE PROPERTY. Employee of MIDAS WHIPPED HIS TRUCK into the parking lot after my son was there, DEAD EYED HIM and threw his keys on the counter. THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT and CREW needs to be replaced. The prior MANAGER who left (and BTW the whole crew went with her) is the last time this establishment was worth going to. I SPOKE TO DANIELLE (Current Manager) and had words with her, I was told by another employee that she left the shop to CRY and that when my Son showed up the for last and FINAL Time - her immediate remarks were "I Don't like your Mother". Well so what DANIELLE. You thought it wasn't a big deal to drive the Truck off property and sub contract it without PERMISSION

Stay away from this shop at all costs!
This is long overdue and well deserved. They did an absolutely horrible job which caused me to break down on the road and repair their screwup myself and having to pay over $80 in parts out of my own pocket!
I brought my **** in because I had a cracked hose leaking coolant. They wanted to charge me over $300 to repair. I thought the price was ridiculous when in the past a previous mechanic charged me $108 to repair a hose. When I questioned the fee they removed the diagnostic fee and charged me $222 to replace 2 hoses which seemed more reasonable.
It was only 4 days later the hose they replaced came off because they put a used rusty clamp on that I could actually take off squeezing with my bare hands with little pressure.
I ended up buying a new clamp and $80 to repair the damages. I went into the shop to complain. They said someone would call. Nobody ever did. When I showed the clamp they put on, the guy at the counter said, 'well we gave you a discount.' Just because they gave a more 'reasonable' price does NOT MEAN you put on used parts that could cause someone's car to break down. When you do a job, do it right. Don't put questionable parts on a car either!
I still have not heard back from anyone. Because of their crappy work, that I had to repair their screwup, I feel a refund and reimbursement for my out of pocket expenses to repair their incompetent job is deserved.
