      On May 30, 2024. I brought brand new tires to this business to put them on for me. Steve, the owner made an agreement with me to reimburse me for the damage his mechanics made while putting new tires on my car. The machine didn't have the plastic piece that's supposed to protect the wheels from being scraped. I immediately noticed all my wheels were scraped. I tried to work with the OWNER/STEVE!! by giving him 2 months to give me my money to get the RIMS repaired the right way. I'm now in a position to now I'm going to sue!!!! He was dishonest when he said he'll have the money on Aug 9. Steve is now avoiding me to repay me after he and I made an agreement on July 6th. Steve called ne directly to work out a time frame. I gave him enough time which he thanked me on. He didn't want me to report his business so that's the reason I was compromising with him. Harte Infinity gave me a quote that it would be close to 1200 buck to repair the wheels. I even tried to go a cheaper route. I went to a wheel specialist in ******* ****** ****** *** ***** ******* ** **** ** ******* ***** *** They gave me a cheaper price to fix. I presented the price to Steve who was happy with the price. Steve has been avoiding me and the woman that works for him, I think his sister was very rude to me. I WANT MY MONEY TO REPAIR M WHEEL HIS MECAHNCS DAMAGED!!. I also have pictures. I spent 130.00 dollars for them to put all four new tires on my vehicle.
