If I could give them no star rating, I would. I brought my car in for a gas leak that I had, spent two weeks in the shop for my car to shake when I go 55 MPH. The day came to pick up the car from the shop and they told me once I had arrived that there was a vacuum leak, so I had to get the car the next day after I had gotten to the shop. The next day I picked up the car from the shop, my engine light turned on and car started to shake when speed was reduced on the highway. Spark plugs were changed and so were the coils as well and engine light still came on. Mechanic refused to tell me that they did not get OEM part for my car and had gotten aftermarket parts knowing my car cannot take aftermarket parts. I paid a lot of money for these people for them to mess up my car even more that it was to begin with when I brought it to the shop. Also, my mirror for the driver side was broken and they did not inform about that to me until I found the evidence on my passenger seat. They are very disrespectful and get very upset when told the job was done wrong and another issue comes up after them fixing it. Communication skills are very poor when it came to the mirror being broken. They also lied when asked about the OEM parts as well when receipt states aftermarket parts. They also refused to fix the issue when I brought the car back for the current issues and the problems that it has, has to do with the parts that they replaced. I spent two hours with them arguing about the issue when they were telling me it was something else.

They have had my car for 1 month
I was told they would do a diagnostics test
For 89$ I was told by them to change My Cadillac converter which I did then I was told my battery then my fuel pump now they are telling me that they Don't know why my car won't start I asked what the diagnostic said and he couldn't give me a straight answer then he told me that he bought parts for my car without talking to me fixed it The car didn't work so it took the parts back off and something back to the store this sounds really shaky and I'm so frustrated that these people have had my car for a month and still can fix my car and tell me what's wrong with it but keep on shooting stuff out for me to pay
