    The reason for my complaint has to do with Franklin Trust Federal Credit Union, located on ******** ****** ** ***********.

    Every week for the last two years, they take $10 out of my direct deposit from my job. They say that it's going towards a credit card that I have from them, but I don't even use the little $500 limit credit card that they gave me.

    I would like to know what they're doing with the money. That's over a thousand dollars that they have taken out of my account for a credit card that only has a $500 limit.

    I don't understand why they're calling it a loan when I never applied for a loan with them.

    I have looked into your account and this is what was determined. 

    The deductions go
    directly towards the payment due for your credit card. We see that you have
    twice advanced funds from the credit card account and placed them into your
    checking account. That is the reason the balance went up again.

    additional questions.
