    Marian was kind, considerate, professional and competent with regards to my loan process. She was also knowledgeable and efficient with paperwork and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I was extremely grateful for her assistance with my loan.     As a member of FTFCU, I called for assistance after discovering a company had charged me other payments without authorization. They had access to my information. Until I can dispute and change my card, I was completely vulnerable and getting drained. I spoke with Nilda who was able to help me by teaching me how to control outside access to my account.
    She showed me the tools available that I never knew were available to protect my card when I’m not using it. Nilda was amazing! She walked me through the whole process and in 5 or less minutes- I had complete peace of mind knowing how to protect myself from further financial damage -until I can permanently fix the problem.
    Thank you, Nilda. You saved me financially from further predatory harm. You’re awesome and I cannot state how relieved I am now.

    I called in to check on my loan and was helped by a young lady by the name of Kylie S*****-D***** and she was attentive and guided me to the correct mobile app and loan. She also waited on phone and walked me through the process. Thank you for being so patient with me.

    Recently I had a very bad case of Covid , and fell behind on my payments with my loans. Franklin Trust treated me with so much respect and honor. Miriam I believe her name is checked on me to ensure I was doing ok. I explained to her I’m learning to gain strength again and to be able to walk. She stated it’s fine and take care and get better. I told her I know my loans are due and I’m sorry about the delay. However, once I return to work I will make payments. She told me once the direct deposits come in she will make sure arrangements are made. And she did. Kylie very polite as well very caring. I have never had a bad experience with this credit union. Everyone has always been so helpful and concerned about my health. I appreciate this credit union with everything in me. Because it could’ve ruined my reputation with them , but instead it grew stronger. Can’t thank them enough.
