      I have used this company for a number of years for diabetic supplies. It really is time to check with my insurance company for other options. The quality of the products is poor with multiple malfunctions, lost sensors due to cheap adhesive. Today I received a rude letter demanding payment within two weeks without ever having received a bill. They are threatening collection despite the fact that I have always paid my bills on time over the years. They offer a program for reduced pricing but NEVER send the paper work for it. It is generally necessary to leave a one hour window to remain on hold in order to speak with an associate. They still have the ridiculous covid crap as an excuse for extended waits. I sincerely don't know how they expect customers to pay bills if they have no one to answer phones. Today I found out I was changed to paperless billing, NOT MY REQUEST. I paid in full tonight and was told by Elizabeth that they can not send me the application by mail and that I am now re-enrolled in paper billing. I requested a call back from a supervisor and was told by Elizabeth that I may not get a call back because he left for the evening a while ago and is busy doing "trainings and stuff". I guess too busy to return calls to customers. This company needs to be turned around and quick. As I am doing further research they have extremely poor ratings, are horrible to work for (the reason they have no customer service), poor quality products and very poor customer care records. Would like to leave no stars, not an option.

      Received my order but returned everything because the price for the CPAP equipment was over 300% more than what I could get locally. They still sent invoice and will not credit my account although I returned everything. This is a scam. No one returns calls. Now I received an invoice from a collections company. What a joke.

      I received a letter from CareCentrix informing me that an outstanding invoice has not been paid and it is going to collection. The letter further stated that the arrangement of future supplies for patients with aged and outstanding balances can be suspended. After several attempts to reach customer service, I was told that I was sent four invoices over the last four months, a fact which I disputed. I have received other invoices and paid them, in full, promptly. The customer service told me that she would send another invoice for me to review, but that it would take 14 days to receive the invoice and that those dates would count toward the aging of the invoice. I never received the invoice in question in the amount of $535. After speaking with my insurance company (******* **** ***** **** ******), it appears that my only two options are to pay the invoice or to not pay the invoice and be forwarded to collection. I cannot use any other company other than CareCentrix because they have an exclusive agreement with my insurance company. I did learn that I can purchase the equipment myself and submit the claim myself for reimbursement, thus avoiding having to deal with CareCentrix. If you have to pay them, do so using a credit card so they have to pay the processing and transaction fees, thus reducing the total amount received. All the reviews on ******* ********* and this site cannot be wrong.

      Wow. What a fraudulent company. Not only did they lie to me and say insurance would cover everything (they didn’t cover anything) but for billing purposes they broke the CPAP machine down into individual parts. Everything that comes with the machine if I were to buy it from the manufacturer they itemized and sold separately at abhorrent rates, and charged me for multiples of items when I only received one. Their response was essentially that’s how it’s done. Caveat emptor. That’s a a lot of money to be out, and there’s no one to help. Patients are on their own. Hopefully someone reads this and thinks of going somewhere else.

      CareCentrix has been unsuccessful in reaching the consumer following multiple attempts. CareCentrix is prepared to discuss the matter with the consumer and has provided a contact name and phone number so that the consumer may reach out to CareCentrix at his or her convenience.

      Terrible customer service and billing practices. I am still disputing charges from 3 years ago for items that they said were covered by my insurance but apparently were not. I am now not able to receive new supplies and am having more respiratory health issues, because of it. I cannot receive new supplies because apparently all of the healthcare supplies companies that work with my insurance company are now somehow affiliated to Care Centrix. Absolutely ridiculous that I am dealing with and the responses that I read from Care Centrix for all of the other legitimate concerns of other consumers. Terrible

      Sent us a letter stating final notice threatening collections on a bill they never sent us! This company is a joke!
