      Care Centrix has bad business practices. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed on how many times I have had to call and send emails providing my secondary insurance proof. A representative from my secondary insurance company got on a call with me with a representative from CareCentrix to help because she heard the frustrations in my voice. I have now been sent a correspondence letter from Care Centrix that states in the very first line "CareCentrix does not submit claims to secondary insurance carriers" which is a bold face lie. That makes no sense when CareCentrix asks for my secondary insurance and had billed all my other invoices. It's only these last 2 invoices that are not being submitted. I am tired of the run around and poor business practices. I am not a medical specialist and know how to submit a claim to the secondary issuance company. That is your job CareCentrix. Why would you all send me these claim forms? I don't even know whose signature is at the bottom of these claim forms. I will be reporting this company. I have my emails to prove what has been done.

      Horrible company. $20 copay was paid months ago and we still get monthly bills and legal threats of action. This company is a total scam.

      Have been disputing charges for about 7 months now. Requested scheduled replacement of hose and mask for CPAP, was sent wrong equipment three times. Wrong size mask to fit hose, wrong connection apparatus. Sent multiple pictures to them.
      I returned the machine after the third attempt to get correct supplies. I was unable to use machine during the last month I had it due to incorrect supplies. They charged me for rental and for supplies since I had opened packages. I don't know how I was supposed to know supplies were wrong size since they were identified by part numbers, not size and the packages were not transparent.

      I just have to say they have horrible customer service. I have called twice been disconnected two times had to call back and wait again for a customer service then to be talked to like a child...

      I get needed supplies for my home PT/INR monitor. Historically, Care Centrix cannot get it correct. My cardiologist sends in a one year authorization , the last Rx was August 9, 2022 for one year. Care Centrix states it expired 11/1/2022. It has not expired. My cardiologist to date has sent in a total of 3 Rx for 2022. Care Centrix faxed my cardiologist a Rx yesterday requesting Rx for a breast pump!!This has gone on for far too long. Poor CS, poor communication, and they do not accept responsibility for their chronic errors. The entire DME
      department needs revamped and re-education. I am a retired RN and find this totally irresponsible. Do something and correct this once and done. Judith De joseph. Retired RN

      CareCentrix is a terrible company to deal with. We have been having issues with all of the invoices resulting from my wife's surgery over 10 months ago. They refuse to bill the secondary insurance. Give us the run around with regards to overdue billing and failure to properly maintain and respond to any correspondence. We have provided them with the accounts and billing address for our Medicare supplement insurance. They sent me over 50 pages of forms to complete and send in to take care of the issue and we have just received an invoice for home health care for March and April of 2022. The agent on line kept wanting my wife to verify the same information every time I read her the invoice numbers. Then she hung up

      Never even heard of this company until July of 2021 when I received a bill from them. My *** supplier sent my billing to them in error. Have been trying since then to get money reimbursed to me that I paid to them. Their billing is a complete mess. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this straightened out. Every person I speak to has a different answer for me. Have sent numerous emails, phone calls and been told someone will get back to me (no one ever does). Leadership is never available to speak with me but will call me back. They are a joke! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! I will not just forget about this money. They have no right to keep money that is not theirs.

      The worst business I've ever dealt with is this one. With regard to my payment plan, my card had expired, so I called to simply update it. Since the card had expired, the representative told me that I need start a new plan, which was absurd. She continues by requesting my credit card number three times in total. After that, the agent validates a residence I haven't been in for at least four years. The short of it is that she overdrew my account by using my card for the full amount. When I contacted to request my money back, the supervisor attempted to claim that my account was past due, but it wasn't. I was then told someone would call me back and the issue had been given to an escalated team and it could take 3 to 4 weeks to get my money back. How can you make someone wait on a mistake their agent made.

      This is the most incompetent business I ever have dealt with. As you can see from all the other reviews they make no attempt to help you when they have WRONGLY billed you. Their website is only designed to collect money and not aid you in anyway when they make mistakes. It was not until I filed a complaint with the New Jersey Department of Insurance and Banking that I was able to get past errors on their part rectified. I just recently have the same issue again and will file a new complaint with the Department of Insurance and Banking again. I would suggest to anyone who has been victimized by CareCentrix to give them one chance to correct a mistake. If not corrected promptly, you should file with the appropriate Government Agency in your state of residence. Do not believe anything CareCentrix tells you on the phone. FILE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS COMPANY WHEN YOU KNOW THEY ARE WRONG. Good luck people.

      Triple billed for a product that they confirmed numerous times that I did not receive. Then sent it to a collection agency. Scam
