    I had my boiler replace right before Thanksgiving. The men were very courteous and professional. They cleaned up after they were done with the project. They went over the new boiler with me. I love that we chose Glasco do our new system.

    We have used Glasco for years and have had excellent service. We had a new high efficiency furnace installed recently and that got done without any issues. We even got a rebate from ******. We recommend them for both AC and heating services.

    Hi I purchased a split unit through ****** and Glasco Heating and Air conditioning is their installer. I got rebates through ******* and ********** and all the paperwork was handled through them. Most hands off experience ever. I cannot say enough good things about this company, from the initial consult, to the installation, to the rebates. Everyone was very professional and on the ball. Glasco is one of the few companies that Eversource will send you a rebate AND finance the whole project through electric bill repayment for those looking… very happy to give them the rating they deserve

    Glasco did a great job of changing out our 28 year old heating and air conditioning system. We were given a comprehensive quote and were kept informed of the schedule and financing options from the beginning through compleation. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, and always left the house clean after preforming the work. I would strongly recommend Glasco for any heating or cooling need you have.

    Very prompt and professional throughout their visits. We didn’t realize that a cover for the new unit was included and they called and delivered it to us. They could easily have just kept it. That’s good business!

    Jeremy installed the Reme Halo for us today and did a cleaning for us a couple of weeks ago. He was very professional and did a excellent job. We are very satisfied with the services that Glasco offers and we have been a customer for over 10 years.

    Installers and installation of my heating and cooling systems were great. Always top-notch service from Glasco. HOWEVER, I was told repeatedly that I would not need maintenance for two years.
    When I called Glasco to cancel my existing maintenance contract I was told that without a contract there would be no support for the systems! Glasco expected us to pay $40 a month just to be a member even though the systems were under warranty. Additionally, if did not want to pay for the contract now, whenever I did re-enroll, there would be a nine-month waiting period before anyone would show up (meanwhile I would still have to pay $40 a month for those nine months!)
    After much back and forth with Will Ortiz, he finally agreed that I did not have to purchase a contract at this time, that Glasso would still do the warranty work and that the nine-month waiting period would be waived when I did re-enroll.
