    Glasco was great to work with. We had ductless heat/air-conditioning units installed. The office staff hung in and helped us through the arduous permit process imposed by our town. Once we finally satisfied those requirements Glasco immediately scheduled our installation and the crew that installed the unit was professional, efficient and neat. We are thrilled with the result.

    Glasco installed mini-split heat pumps. The two men who installed this, plus the electrician were efficient, clean, and very professional. Fantastic job and product. I highly recommend this company.

    Glasco recently installed a new furnace and the experience was top notch, start to finish. Sales was friendly and reliable, follow-up installation manager for inspection and planning was great and the final install was everything you could want. The guys were professional, courteous and interacted with me every step of the way. Since they installed my central air many years ago I have had them replace my old water heater and now furnace. One stop service should i ever need it, which I haven't. Highly recommend them.

    Originally used through ****** to install mini split system. Recently replaced central air. Professional, safe, friendly and responsive. Very happy with both systems. Will certainly use Glasco for other needs.

    Glasco installed mini-split heat pumps in August. The came when they said they would, had personable installers, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. A tech talked me through the instructions for the units. I recommend them if you're looking for an HVAC company.

    Glasco installed air conditioning in our home this summer and did a fabulous job! Working in the sweltering heat of our attic, they were very professional and did an excellent job installing duct work down to the first floor. The installers were very conscientious and cleaned up each day, minimizing any impact to our home. The service team at the home office were also very responsive to our needs and helped the whole process, from planning through installation, work seamlessly. The A/C has worked very well to date and I would highly recommend Glasco in the future.

    We've had Glasco do both a full furnace (propane) and central air replacement (last winter when the prior furnace died unexpectedly), as well as installation of a mini-split for an area that the central air has a hard time cooling (in early July). Very responsive and professional in both instances. Paul (one of the owners) came out in both instances (over an hour from S Windsor), quoted both jobs directly and was great - clear, responsive and no hard sell (a far cry from some of the other places we contacted). He even discovered that the prior furnace was not properly sized (it was too big for the size of the home), which likely led to its untimely demise. The installers have been uniformly excellent - everything was on-time, as promised, no hidden surprises and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend.
