      Rates quoted versus what was charged for Dec 15 pick up are incorrect. I have contacted 800-junk people and provided pictures of video surveillance from pick up times and also received conflicting information regarding pricing now that pick has completed. I was overcharged $850 and am now also requesting the tip added for the workers of $200 to be refunded as well. Seeking a total refund of $1,050. Sent all supporting information to junk people and have heard no response.
      Filing complaint so others are made aware and to not use these people.

      Workers were there for only 2.5 hours. I have video of arrival and departure time that I supplied the 800-junk people. Website states that workers are included with price of truck load. I was told I hade to pay $100 per worker per hour. Where I called to double check this amount after pick up, 800-junk said this was not accurate. Said I only get charged extra if there is an unusual work load or much dismally required. There was neither. This was a cost of $600.

      I was charged "bed load" for 2 small items of $250. When I called 800-junk, they said it would only be charged if it was rocks or concrete. There was neither with this pick up.

      Workers would not leave until I signed off and submit rating on job. This was intimidation as I was alone and I want the tip refunded as well since I was lied to. This is $200.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The website states that labor is included.  I also got verbal confirmation 3 times that 2 men are included with the job, not extra charge.  There is no hourly rate per man that was quoted before setting up the job.  I am still owed a $650 refund.
      I was charged "bed load" of $250 that I did not have.  There was no concrete, rock, etc. as noted in the 800Junk training video: ********************************************
      I have surveillance video from the entire time, just let me know what else you need a snapshot of.  
      I am seeking a full refund of bed load ($250), all labor ($600) and the tip ($200).  
      The text I received about the $400 refund said it was for the tip and part of the bed load.  I got no additional response on the labor when I inquired about that.  I am attaching a snapshot of that text, the company website information marketing that men are included to load the truck and both do not align with this response from the business. That alone is clear indication that communication is not clear regarding pricing with this company.

      Thank you again for your time and im sorry that the original solution was not to your satisfaction. W will be including an additional refund to ensure we cover any labor outside of normal operations. Our team is included in the price for 2 hours. Beyond that two hours a labor fee is charged. We apologize that was communicated to you and therefore we are refunding the 2 hours of labor at $400. Additionally the fee for the bed load will be refunded for your satisfaction. We will also be refunding the tip due to your experience with our service. You have already received a partial refund of $400, we will extend an additional refund of $450 to cover all expenses noted above. Again we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope that we will get the opportunity to extend you our 5-Star service in the future.

      I contacted 1-800-GOT-JUNK to remove some junk, after they were done there was a lot of damage to the home. They broke a door handle, damaged the walls which they compensated me for that. Since it was late I called it a day, after cleaning the floor the next morning, I had seen damage to the floor, I contacted the company and told them about the damage sent pictures, waited 2 days. Had to call them for a response. I was told that they would give me a 120.00 credit for the damage to the floor. I did not agree, I was given a number to call Nick at ###-###-####, a franchise partner, did not receive a response. The driver had also compensated me for them being late, arriving with a full truck and having to wait for another truck. The company said that the 380.00 already discounted and the 120.00 would equal 500.00 and that would cover the repair of the floor. I had received a copy of the credit card payment, I asked for a copy of the invoice, they told me they don't do that. After a few days of back and forth, I finally received an itemized receipt. the original email payment receipt has now been withdrawn from my email. I requested to have the floor repaired, at this point, repair it or a full refund.

      The company came out and gave a quote, started cleaning up for quoted price, another man (supervisor or manager?) showed up and was mad because we were given a lower price then what he would have, and said if he knew how much it was he wouldn’t have sent 1 person, that person could have called for help, he knew how much there was. They couldn’t fit it all in the truck and said they would be back next day for a new quote. Never showed, I called for 3 days as I moved over 300 miles away and it needed to be gone. No response, finally call 800 number, after speaking with 4 different people they sent someone out, we had since added 1 trash bag and 3 couch cushions and asked how much for them, the person came out and said we added way more than what was there (which we did not! Only what I said I added for requote). I sent pictures to the person I was texting, he said he would still take all items for same quote if they could come back next day and do it, I agreed. Come to find out the person continued to take all the small things I added (which I would have taken off and told the guy that). The guy left EVERYTHING I need taken and was told would be taken, he took all small items and left all big items I needed gone! For what I paid, what he took wasn’t worth it( I could have taken those to the dump for $50.00. It’s been a week and they still haven’t been out to collect all the items they left behind, I text the person I sent picture to and told him he said he would take it all with quoted price and if they were coming back out to take the rest, he said everything was taken, I provided photos and he has not responded. Since my other complaint I had to have someone else go remove the items so my landlord would not charge me as he waited long enough for the items to be removed. I would like a refund now, as the items they took would have cost me $50 at the dump
