      I called Got Junk and I am very happy with the man who came--he was very polite and it's not his fault his company charges way too much money. I am upset with the amount charged--271 dollars to come and take away a bed frame! This is highway robbery--I live on SSI and now I have no more money for the rest of the month. It's only the 9th. I know I was the one who paid it, but now I'm so upset and my sister is livid--she thinks I am a fool and I am.
      Beware everyone--their prices are for the rich, not the poor.

      Company showed up over one hour late.
      Would not give a firm written estimate for their work.
      They were told we would not be interested in their services.
      Several weeks later they showed up unexpectedly and thought they were going to do some work for us.
      Contacted their customer service with a complaint and got a generic email cancelling my appointment.
      An appointment that I never had!!
      I had to pick a star rating , but it should be no stars!!
