    Good morning,

    On October 16th I ordered 40 CD's from a website called MixUnit.com. I was charged $440.57 US for the CD's. I received a receipt to my email with the order number and confirmation. I have attached this document to the complaint. I had not heard anything from the company as far as a tracking number; therefore after a week so I reached out to them in hopes of receiving a tracking number. I did not get a response. I emailed 3 more times but have never received a response from them. Since I have not received the product I ordered, I would like a full refund for my purchase. I did include that in my email to them, but I have not heard back as I mentioned. I also attempted to call the business several times on numbers listed for them online, but these do not work. The online reviews for this company are all negative with many people indicating they paid and never received their products. I kindly ask that you assist me with receiving a refund for the $400+ owed to me by this company since they have never sent the product and are not responding to my inquiries. Thank you!

    Placed order #****** on December 8th, 2023 for five CDs, stated it would be delivered in 7 - 10 days. Am still waiting for merchandise. Check the website and the tracking information just lists "In process". Contacted multiple times without any response. Unfortunately found there are many, many, many others experiencing the same issues. This is obviously their SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Either send the CDs or refund my cash. Better yet, just refund my money - even if the CDs shipped they would probably be blanked / scratched.

    I placed an order for 2 October ****** CDs on 12/09/2023, however, I never received them. I checked the MixUnit website for an update on the status and it just says processing. The payment was taken out of my bank account on the same day of the online purchase however, I am still waiting on the CDs.

    Payment cleared for a purchase of 2 audio disk on 3-17-23. Haven't received merchandise still. Reached out to company several times (5-4, ) to inquire about this issue, but they basically said the owner was I'll & orders were backed without any Guesstimation on when items could be received. Even requested a refund with no success.

    Order a CD from *********** on April 3rd, 2023 and haven't received my item and there's no reliable contact of this business to get a refund. The total purchase is $8.94 and I should have gotten the CD within 10 business days through **** but that hasn't occurred. The artist name and CD title are "*** ******* ** ******" by ******* ******. When I go to the website it says my CD is still being process which is not true. After further investigating I realize that Mix Unit has not given many consumers their items order for over six years yet the website is still posing as a trusted supplier and taking money.

    I ordered an item of clothing from this company’s online store on 4/1/23. I have repeatedly checked and the order update simply says “processing”. It is 5/17/23 as of today. There is no way to make contact with anyone at this business. I have emailed and requested that the order be refunded. I requested a call back weeks ago and never received a call. This business appears to be a scam as evidenced by the reports of others. I want my money back for my order #******* I don’t want credit. I don’t want apologies. Just refund my money.

    I made a purchase with *********** on April 13, 2023 for the amount of $129.87. my items that I have ordered has not shipped and I have not been provided with a tracking number. I have email the company several times and I get no response from them. I have been checking the status of my items on the mix unit website and it's been saying processing since the day I ordered it. The company website says it only takes 7-10 business days. My order number is ******. I would like a refund but no one will respond to my emails and the company phone number is out of service.
