    To whom it may concern, I'm a avid music collector. I've being using this website for years to buy music but this is unacceptable. I've ordered music before the holidays back in December of 2022. It's now April of 2023 and I STILL haven't received what I paid for. There's no customer service number to call. They already have my money so what can I do. To make matters worse, the company is located in ******** ** and I live in ******** ** so I would more than gladly pick up what I paid for if someone called me. Can you PLEASE help me ???

    I bought cds from this web site on 3-22-23 I tried reaching out to the company because I needed to know the shipping details. They don't return my emails, there is no way of me knowing if I'm getting my things or if I'm being scammed.

    ordered 1 cd 3 weeks ago and have never rec'd the cd I paid for...they do not return your emails either, they need to be shut down for fraud

    I ordered 3 CDs for my brother on 10/30/2022 and he never received them. When I check the status, it continues to say processing. Therefore, I've requested a refund after patiently waiting for the order. It's been 4 months now and I've heard nothing after several email request. The order number is ******. The amount is $15.67.

    I placed an order with Mix Unit over 3 months ago and I have still not received my order. Everytime I email their customer support about it I just get excuses and over 3 months is more than enough time to mail me my order. When I placed the order and paid for my order they took the money within seconds but here I am still waiting for my order to be mailed to me and it’s been over 3 months. I have never had to wait over 3 months to get an order that I paid for from any company and I am still waiting. I don’t want to hear any more excuses from MixUnit I just want what I paid for mailed to me as soon as possible because I have waited long enough. Can anybody please help me?

    I ordered product from them on 09/2022, 11/2022 & 12/2022 and haven't received what I ordered...I contacted them via there website on numerous occasions...no one responds

    I placed an order for some mix cds on 9-13-22 for $44.89. After a few weeks I inquired about the order only for them to tell me it will be fulfilled "very soon" Over another week later, I contact them again via email as their contact phone is bogus. I get an email back saying one of their employees suffered a heart attack but please be patient as they are working to get the order out by 10-7-22. That day came and went and from that point it's just been one email after another with the same excuses and empty promises. All I want is my goods or money back on my order (******)
