This review is regarding the property ****** ****** ***********
If I could put zero stars i would.
The apartment buildings don't have enough staff to clean, buildings are often dirty and need a deep cleaning.
Peeling paint, marked up walls and fixtures, loose garbage around dumpster area and sewage issues.
There are also safety issues in the buildings.I called the police records office and in the past year there has been 101 police calls and 29 incidents where police reports were developed.
Peoples property have also been stolen and the buildings need surveillance and to keep the doors locked at all times.
Management been making promises of surveillance for 2yr+ now and more incidents have occurred where cops have been called.
The property manager is terrible and doesn't care about the tenants and the tenants have to push for help and are being treated unjust.
Tenants are also being treated like they own the apartment and not renting when they ask for things to be fixed.
It seems like you have to go high within Management to get something done without a problem.
The manager above the property manager also isn't that much of a help. She leaves things up to the property manager most times and things still don't get done. You can't even get in touch with her .
The property owner needs to come through and inspect their buildings because putting that in the hands of just the property manager isn't working.
There has been many complaints made to management and police calls made but not much improvement.
Rent goes up and tenants don't see any improvement in the living environment.
If you ask any tenant living in the apartments they all say the same thing "Management doesn't care".
The health Dept. has been called more than once and complaints to HUD have been made.
It's a shame you have to go through all this to get Demarco Management to act like they care about the well being and safety of their tenants.
****** ****** ********** needs to do better for their tenants.
