      I will add my complaint about this business to the others who have experienced lack of interest or followup after demanding that we pay $500 up front before fixing a leaky gutter on our house. They did (finally) come and move the gutter over a few inches. This did not fix the problem. We have called Jake several times now and he says they are "terribly busy" and will get there by the end of the week. They never show. My advice, don't bother using them, or even getting an estimate, for any work on your house!

      I wish I could leave no stars. This company drew up a quote, we approved it. They dragged their feet, now for almost an entire year. They tore all the gutters off our home and it's been sitting that way for about 8 months, just getting more damaged because of not having gutters. They left their equipment in our yard. I just can't believe that this is still even a company? It's obviously a scam.

      George Sullivan was contracted to replace my roof, I paid $4,000 for deposit and materials. He was contracted March 26, 2022 and was to start work on my roof by September of that year. It is now the end of October 2024, and still no roof or refund.
      I have reached out to George many times and have even set appointments with him via the answering service only to get no response, lots of excuses, or not show.
      George also passed me onto his colleague onto Jake who has not also responded.
      I will now likely be going to small claims court as I have yet to get my deposit back and need my roof replaced.
      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

      I have called 26 times. Once I got a return voicemail from Corey who said I would be getting my down payment returned that week but got nothing. George is incredibly rude to not return 26 messages. I believe them to be a scam. The team of apparently at least 19 people at the call center seem very nice and genuine but nothing happens after calling repeatedly. I am going to go in person tomorrow to the address listed. Even though the call center workers say they live relatively nearby, none of them can pronounce the name of my town and when questioned, they tell me they have recently moved here. This seems like an amazing coincidence.

      I want to know why this company is still in business in CT. First, they're Sullivan Contracting working primarily in roofing and now they're doing driveways. They are rip-off artists and at this point, I think there is more than enough proof to say that with confidence. They list an A plus rating with the BBB on their website. It clearly states an F on this site. Someone stop them. Consumers are being repeatedly ripped off. How many people are needed for a class action suit? This is ridiculous.

      Jake from Sullivan Contracting came out and gave us an estimate for siding and gutters with an estimated start date of August 28. While i understand we had a lot of rain which would of delayed the start date but here is is Jan 1, 2024 and still nothing has been done. Communication with Jake has been almost non existent. He either doesn't respond or he feeds you a line of crap saying they would be there in the next week and nothing. i was looking closer at our contract and on the one for the siding it said payments are to be made as follows, $1,500 due at signing and the one for the siding was for $350 due at signing so why did he have us give a deposit of, 4,250? We will be going to court over this.

      Took deposit but never even started the work...now another company tells me they owe money to suppliers so nobody will do business with them

      This company is very unprofessional. Starting on the first of July, we approved our contract with Sullivan Contracting for some pavement to be done on our business property. We were promised the work would start on the 22nd of July after their first payment had been given. After the starting date had passed, they came in and prepared the area that was going to get pavement done and promised it'd be worked on and completed that same weekend. However, that never occurred. We were obligated to call a numerous amount of times to find out when the job was going to be completed. When his voicemail wasn't full, we left countless messages to the owner of the business and the person I had signed the contract with and had received no response back. After six months we are still waiting for the sealcoating to be done as that was part of the contract as well. This was promised to be done 30 days after the pavement had been laid. We have continuously tried to get in contact with Sullivan Contracting to see when that would get done but have had no luck receiving any response from them. Due to these unfortunate events, we are going to bring this to court to finish with this nightmare.
