    On 12/6/24 I went to the usp store to return some packages. I had over 6 packages that I needed to return. One of my package had a label on it. As I was looking for the codes for the other packages the worker took it upon himself to scan and misplaced my labeled package. I asked him for it because I needed to change the label and he gave me an attitude stating that he cannot spend hours going through packages to look for one. I Told him I was not asking for him to spend hours, but to see if he can find that one package at the top because I was the most recent customer. You would think that using proper customer service he would at least make an attempt to locate the package, but he proceeded with an attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager, that was probably the biggest mistake of all. The manager Zachary was hundred percent more disrespectful and aggressive rewards me. Very hostile he removed my package off the counter and told me to get out. I had to ask him if he was the owner to be giving this level of disrespect out to people. He proceeded to get incredibly unprofessional and upset towards me. He even took a picture of me without my consent and said that he will not be scanning anymore of my packages. At the time they had processed successfully five package of mine so I didn’t see what the big deal was to scan one more. After all, that was their job. I understand that he is the manager, but at the same time, I felt like as a manager, you would treat your customer with more respect. I felt like it would be proper custom to ask customers if they’re all set with their returns before taking their item and misplacing it. Mistakes frequently happened, and I would think as a delivery service you would be more cautious when handling customers packages. This is the closest usp store to me and it is sad that I now have to travel out of reach to return a package because apparently I am banned.

    On 7/24/2024 I brought a pile of letters (not mine) that were erroneously sent to my office to be returned to their sender. The clerk at the store refused to print the label or mail the envelopes. He said I would need to purchase additional packaging even though the email clearly states to just BRING the mail back and they will ship. I asked to speak to the manager at which time he said he was the manager. He then took my envelopes and moved them to a back table (without my permission) and threatened to call the cops. I said all I want is his name and store number which he refused to give me. I told him he was extremely unprofessional and I’d be sending a written complaint at which time he said “the owner is going to laugh!”I called UPS headquarters as well and they were equally dismissive saying that “the manager doesn’t need to give me his name or store number”, but they provided me with the name of ***** ******** as the owner of the store.

    This was the Manchester store on ******* ***, not the **** ******** Store. Not sure why the name of the location showing **** *********?
