      I brought a 2013 ***** from franks auto January 2024 . The day i brought the car it needed to be jumped but was told it’s because it was sitting for a while. Shortly after i brought the car there was an oil leak i took the car to them about three times to fix this issue. They always stated it was fixed. I always kept up with my oil changes and the next one wasn’t due until October 5th .Recently my car would not start at all and when i had it checked by the mechanic there was absolutely no oil in the vehicle there was no indication that the oil was running low , no oil light and the car reads it still has 40 % . Being that it’s been an issue fixing my car i was in the process of getting the vehicle fixed outside the company but they repossessed the vehicle for none payment for a month .

      We called numerous times without contact or a call back.  We repaired the vehicle under warranty for the oil leak. We have not heard about any other issues. Vehicle was repossed for non payment.

      I bought a car on 12/14/22. I have been having problems with sed car ever since. All being that my check engine light came on a month after I got the car twice. I took it to this shop and the said they had fixed. Two months after the check engine light came back on. On 1/2/23 I took it back to them because it came back on and they told it the cadilc converter was bad and it need to be fixed. Either fix my car or give me my money and I will return the car because you guys didn’t fix it the first time. I took it to someone to look at it because it was making noise and the right front tire needs an axel again something they didn’t tell me when I took it there

      I was in the process of finishing up my car loan up I fell behind sue I fell the summer. I made arrangements with Gisselle and Mike verbally and in text messages. And on Tuesday October 4,2022 they repo my car without warning at all when we had a payment arrangement
