      I went to Frank’s auto credit to purchase a vehicle they have a gps monitor and shut off switch in vehicles they sell and I recently got in an accident and almost died based I assume on this issue I went to them well within warranty period to fix my vehicle the abs light and traction control light was o. Less than a week into buying the vehicle and they tapped the abs with a hammer and said it was fixed I’m not. A mechanic but this worried me they stating it was fine so I’m concerned because of this accident I am liable for I now want press charges but they threaten to sue me they also have a 4,000 fiancé charge they slap on vehicle I wanted my insurance company to investigate liability of accident I almost died in I believ due to the shut off switch malfunctioning they threatened me with the police to expedite insurance claim payment I told them all I need was a letter from them stating in writing that the verbal agreement they made to release me from all debt on vehicle my insurance even though I had full coverage will not cover the remaining finance charge so I’m Looking to report them

      DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! over charges for their cars by THOUSANDS, the car is worth 5-6 grand they priced it for 11 grand over market value. bought my car in 3/1/23, literally 2 days later my check engine light came on. i brought it back to return the car and they said i could not do that, i was scared and kept the car after my gut was telling me NOT to. my check engine light came on again about a week after getting it back from the shop, i also complained about my brakes and shocks. this place is a huge scam and should be out of business
