      I purchased a bedroom set from Bob's Discount Furniture, On 6-12-22, it was delivered on 6-22-22. I slept on it, from 6-22-22 until 7-5-20, and one of the legs on the bed crumbled while sitting on it. Even the dresser doesn't sit level. This is due to the flimsy construction. When I complained, they told me, that once the furniture enters the home they cannot accept it back. I have had the furniture for less than thirty days. I asked them to remove the furniture from my home and to refund my money. They told me, that they will repair the broken part, but cannot give me a refund. The furniture is so fragile, I am afraid it will break down again. I don't want to put my health at risk with this furniture.
      At the time of purchase, I was not informed of their refund or no return policy. I am requesting that Bob's give me a total refund Discount Furniture LLC, remove the bedroom set and grant me a refund.

      We are very sorry to hear of the concerns the customer is
      having with their bed frame. We have reviewed the account and we do see the
      customer has been set up for an exchange and it is scheduled for 7/19/2022.

      We will take back the old frame at the same time we bring
      the new one to the customer.

      While our goal is
      to find every opportunity to satisfy our Customers; I am sorry that in this
      case, we cannot honor the customers claim for a refund. It is never our intent
      to disappoint a Customer and again we want to apologize that we could not meet his expectations. Thank

      We bought a bedroom set July of 2021,still waiting for a dresser. Found out it still has not been ordered. Talked to customer service July 9,2022, was told I would get a call July 9,2022. Never happened, nor on July 10,2022. I am making a complaint at this time because I have been lied to way to many times. I prefer you try to get to the bottom of this for me. I have a credit at bobs, we want the dresser to match the set we have had for over 11 months not a credit. I was told they are in stock all they have to do is order it,

      The dresser was ordered on 7/11/2022 (Order number ********)
      and the store credit was applied for payment. This particular merchandise is on
      back order from the vendor and will not be in for 3-4 months. We are very sorry
      for any miscommunication the customer was given regarding availability.

      Once the merchandise comes into stock the show room will
      contact the customer so they can schedule the soonest available date.

      Better Business Bureau:



      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I still do not trust them because I have weekly emails from them saying they were working on it. When I called customer service I was told it had not even been ordered yet. We let them no about this in August 2021.Hopefully this claim stays open until I get the dresser to match the rest of the set we picked up in July 2021.
