    I called last year because my bill kept increasing for ******** ***** ******, and I was directed to the ******* ********* App to review production. When I ran the report, it showed that my Solar Panels had not been working for two years. Today, March 31, 2025, I ran another report, and it still says that my production is zero. I have contacted ION Solar and they still have not resolved the problem. I request they send a technician to repair the solar panels immediately.

    On May 11, 2020, I purchased a residential solar panel system for my home from Ion Solar Pros for $40,210.94. The company made both verbal and written promises that the solar system would cover 100% of our home's energy needs so that we would no longer have to purchase electricity from the power company. We were further assured that the company had an 80% production guarantee incase the system did not perform as well as anticipated. This production guarantee was the main reason for choosing to move forward with Ion Solar. After two years with the system being operational, it is only producing roughly 60% of our home's energy needs. When we contacted the company about the 80% production guarantee, we were told that it does not exist. I have since found out that Ion Solar also falsely advertised this production guarantee to at least two of my neighbors. I have reached out to Ion Solar countless times. The two primary responses I have received are: we will look into solutions and get back to you (they haven't), that salesperson no longer works here so there is nothing we can do.

    Our understanding is that the solar system has produced the energy that is required to produce under the terms and conditions of the contract entered into between ******** and the customer.
    We understand the concerns of the customer and have had a conversation with them about their issues.  The purpose of our call was to understand the issues and to attempt to provide them with solutions to meet the customers' new, additional electrical needs.  The customer is submitting additional information to us for review, and we will continue to communicate with the customer to try and facilitate a resolution to the customer’s concerns.

    I filed complaint #******** with the BBB in December of 2022. I was hoping to mark this issue as “resolved”. After filing the complaint with BBB, the company reached out to me and resolved the issue.
