  Owen was amazing through the entire process. He walked us through each step and was available anytime we had questions. He made the process was smooth and easy.

  We were referred to this solar company by a friend who had a great experience. I still did a lot of research on my own and had multiple different companies that quoted me different prices, types of panels, and panel arrangements. I had a lot of questions about all the different panels, payment options, and percentage of electric usage the solar would cover. Every question that I had Robert from ion solar pro was the always the first to respond, with an honest, clear answer that we made sure was accurate together. Robert SHAMPAIN makes ion the company it is. He isn’t concerned about making a sale. He is concerned about a happy customer. He helped me compare different panel types, the best arrangement for my house, and came up with a payment plan that worked for us. The process was extremely quick. The company is very efficient and had the panels up within a few weeks of signing the contract. After the job was done I had more questions and Robert is still immediately available. My solar efficiency is doing even better than the estimated quote from ion. I am very happy with ion, and the customer service Robert has provided. So far would recommend solar to anyone wishing to improve their electric bill and ION is my #1 recommendation.

  After looking for solar for 6 years and interviewing 19 companies we signed with Ion Solar Pros clearly seeing the difference for our 66 panel 25 KW system. Best decision ever economically and with Quality. I was personally so impressed that I came out of Semi-Retirement and went to work with the company to continue to grow this incredible company that clearly cares and puts the customer first. It is true you can't have integrity part of the time and it is clear that Ion Solar Pros has integrity at the forefront of all they do. Very grateful.

  I began looking into solar panels back in 2021. Over the course of 2 years, I had 4 different companies provide me with proposals. I signed two contracts with two different companies however they were unable to follow through with the project. I was approached by Robert S******* at ISP as I was about to give up on the idea of getting solar panels. Robert and ISP assured me that they could get the job done. I was provided with a proposal within days of them doing their walkthrough and reviewing my property. The proposal was the best value of any company I had worked with previously. I was leery given prior issues with other solar companies that they could get the job completed in the time frame that they had promised. Within weeks of signing the contract I had panels on my roof and a few weeks after install was complete, Eversource was out to turn my system on. Their install crew was professional and courteous in working around some time constraints we had with shutting off the electricity. ISP was great to work with every step of the way from proposal to complete system. We had a couple of minor things pop up after install that I had questions about. ISP was quick to respond to my concerns in a professional manner and make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. I would recommend ISP to anybody looking for solar. I do not typically leave reviews but I felt inclined given the positive experience I had with them.

  Exactly a year ago, I met with ISP to install a solar system on my roof because I was hoping to start saving on my utilities. I met with various other companies, but when I met with Brandon V********* from ISP I was blown away by the level of professionalism and his ability to educate me and truly make me feel comfortable on my purchase. On top of that the customer service and install team were phenomenal and got me installed within 60 days. A year later, I am really seeing the savings and I couldn’t be happier to have worked with Ion Solar Pros!

  I spoke with two Solar companies. One I knew nothing about Solar with and when I got done with the representative it left me cold and with sooo many more questions. So I did a little ****** research...learned some terms a some little facts which would make me seem less of an "easy target", The second company I spoke with, was nice and friendly but pretty much told me what I wanted to hear so he could close the sale that night. So much so when I hesitated he lowered my monthly pricing so I would sign....he promised me a week to change my mind if I wanted to I could....well I called to change my mind and again was offered a lower price....seemed kind of shady to me so I cancelled and did some more research. My hubby filled out some form online and lo and behold Jason from Ion called. WELLL at this point I was like let see one more time what kind of run around we get from this place. Jason scheduled a late evening (six pm) Saturday appointment on the computer with us. He took my monthly usage bills for 10 months, which is what I had at the time....He answered all my questions, showed me all the different models of panels I could put on my house and where, he showed us how the trees and sun would be affecting them. He did all this with a smile and like he had all the time in the world to go thru this. He gave us a copy of what would be installed and got us a great financing deal. The panels are up and producing just like he said they would be. If I were to ever buy another house I would certainly give Jason from Ion a call...and if he can't help me personally, I'm sure he will put me in touch with some one who can! No regrets, no second guessing about what I have done---from start to finish Ion employees were amazing! I only wish I could thank them all personally! IF you are like me who just needed honest answers and solutions to getting rid of that awful high electric bill, save yourself some time, give ION a call first...you'll be glad you did!

  This past year after the crazy increase in electric rates and costs, we decided we were ready to look at solar. We searched around and got a few quotes from multiple solar companies. At the end of the day we knew we wanted a premium panel and premium solution and ISP was the company we chose to give us that. They provided a lot more flexibility on what panels we could install and with what micro-inverters. Most of the competition only offered specific panels and inverters but ISP gave us a choice which we loved. They were extremely easy to work with, were very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and effortlessly. They also offered Pearl Certification as part of the install package which was a plus for us.
  So far the system has been great. While it has only been active for 20 days, we have already netted well over 500kwh! We totally expect our monthly heating/cooling bill to be $0 for the remainder of our time here. We only expect a small gas bill of around $30 a month for cooking! It took us three years from dream to accomplishment but we have finally gotten to the point where we can have a near zero bill for the rest of our time in our new home. We can't say thank you enough to ISP for helping us and designing a solar system that eliminated our current electric bill and left us room for growth in the future!

  I never write reviews - However, Ion Solar Pros deserves to get one. I shopped several companies. iSP was the most professional by far - I couldn't be happier with my purchase, especially after receiving to consecutive negative energy bills. The install was quick and done to my satisfaction and all the staff were a pleasure to deal with.
