We had a successful customer client relationship for the past two years, then they didn't certify autographs after I paid for them.

This person has repeatedly mailed unsolicited packages to one of our offices prior to actually placing any kind of order with our service. Our service exclusively accepts packages for customers with orders who have had successful, Passed reviews of their autographs online prior to mailing in.
Complainee also has currently pending, unpaid return shipping invoices, due to us having to continuously return his unsolicited packages to him.
We review and certify thousands of autographs monthly and have dozens of mail-ins incoming and outgoing for hundreds of satisfied customers through our Connecticut office on a regular basis. This customer is the only one who sends unsolicited packages without orders to this location.

This company is not to be trusted with your collectibles and authenticating them. Had a ball authenticated by them they said it passed. I sold it and the buyer reaches out to them to make sure the cert was legit and they told them no it’s a fake autograph…..2 months after they said it passed authentication….they got a call saying it was fake so they said it’s fake 2 months after authenticating it and not explaining the information because the information they got wasn’t about my autographed ball…a totally pathetic customer service experience do not use them as they have no credibility

Customer submitted a baseball that is suspected of being part of a specific forgery trend. Our authentication team thought positively of the signature formation initially, until more information was provided. Customer was then immediately notified, and in response has become enraged and has decided to file an unjustified complaint after learning his autograph is a forgery. We stand by this opinion.
