From start to finish, we were very pleased with our Bath Fitter experience. The initial consultation was smooth and the representative was very knowledgeable. Our installer was courteous and professional and did a great job. The only note we would make is that we wish they told us the water would be shut off for 4 hours during the consultation so we could have prepared better. Other than that, it was a great experience overall. We would highly recommend them to everyone looking for a bath remodel.

We just had Bath Fitter install a walk in shower with a fold down seat. It came out beautiful. What really sold me on Bath Fitter is the shower walls are installed in one piece.
Jeff was our installer. He did an amazing job. It was completed in two days. There was nothing for us to clean up. They left everything nice and tidy. My husband and I were thrilled with it and enjoy our daily showers. I would recommend one thing. Even though the shower floor is anti slip, I would recommend getting a suction cup mat as when the floor is wet, it can still be a little slippery for us older folks.Bath Fitter

Bath Fitters transformed my dad’s bathroom so he could stay home after breaking his hip. Dan was so helpful picking out the right choices for our needed. Igor did amazing job with the installation finishing quickly with no mess. Very pleased with the whole experience!Bath Fitter

1 starWe selected Bath Fitters to remove a bathtub and install a walk in shower system for my mom. The one day installation was appealing and the addition of grab bars has been perfect for her. Well, it has only been about 6 years at a cost of about $6000.00 and the entire system has to be replaced. We recently noticed a crack in the floor pan along the whole side panel. We called Bath Fitters and they arranged to send a technician to evaluate. We were told the cost of materials are covered by the warranty but we would have to pay for labor. They then notified us that the labor charge would be $3000.00!!! We contacted the owner who was very dismissive and said the crack had to have been there for a long time. What does this say about quality and workmanship? There should be no crack after this short amount of time!! We called the Company the day we noticed it. He reiterated that the side panels and floor are connected in a way that the whole system needs to be replaced and he needs to pay Worker's Comp etc for the installers. We inquired about a new warranty and he said it would be the same and we would have to replace it again at our cost. We have since contacted another contractor. It appears that Bath Fitters does not reinforce the floor or use an underlay thus the one day install since there's no drying time. This totally appears to be a faulty installation. The new contractor has quoted a lower cost for more attention to detail. It will take more than a day but it will be done correctly.

Bathfitters provided excellent quality and Service in July to complete my successful bathroom renovation! Jacob recommended an excellent and affordable package for me.
