    My husband and I are So very happy with our Bath Fitter installation! We feel so much secure knowing we don't have to step over a bathtub!
    Our Sales Person Jacob Young was so kind and patient in explaining the process and the financial paperwork.
    And....Igor did a clean and phenomenal job putting up our shower stall! His work is meticulous!

    I have used this company and they have proven to be a ripoff. Everyone is excited about finally getting their new makeover , looks good until later after you use the product .Their material is poor if not worse. I purchased a shower install only to find out after one year that it had all these defects splits and cracks you can’t see or notice. You don’t expect a company to overlook these things , then blame it on you and ask you to pay for there mistakes and bad product. Buyer beware of this company and their warranty. I do not recommend anyone wast there time and money .

    When are service tech went to review the job ** ****** tenant showed him the cleaners she was using on the shower and they were not approved cleaners this is what caused the cracks. Even though we still told Mr Bell that we would replace the material that was damaged due to neglect at a one time no cost.labor is not included. This is what is stated in are contract.** **** had three days to review the contract so he was aware of the warranty. He's states we are a ripoff then why did he purchase three job's one in 2015 one in2017 and one in2020.

    My experience was OUTSTANDING considering i had to deal with the
    Permit, Health and Zoning Departments of Stamford. Our salesman, Ted C********* went over and beyond the call of duty to help me deal with the
    Building Department. And, the Office staff was wonderful whenever I called when I received a new request from the city of Stamford.
    All in all my walk in shower looks beautiful and the installer cleaned up everything after he finished and all was immaculate.
    I would recommend Bath Fitters to everyone. **** ********

    We had a wonderful experience with BathFitter. BathFitter converted our tub to a walk-in show. Everyone we worked with at the Milford showroom, the sales representative and the installer were very knowledgeable and professional. We are thrilled we used BathFitter in Milford.

    Our installer told us not to use the water for a few days. The fixtures were left loose and water shoots out the back from the tub spout on to the wall. The shower does not water flow
    I spoke with Todd. He said they are not responsible for 30 year old plumbing and we should have replaced the fixtures. I said he does not know how old the plumbing is and it was working when his tech arrived.
    I asked Todd how much it would cost to install new fixtures and he said you cannot replace the fixtures after BathFitter is installed. He said to call a plumber.
    The tech did not leave us the national warranty # for our job. I tried to ask for it but Scott and Todd both said the warranty does not apply. I tried to say this is a separate issue but Todd kept talking over me.
    Todd was very rude and ridiculed me for not replacing the fixtures. The project was over $9,000 and the bath is unusable.

    This customer chose not to remove and replace his valve and fixtures at the point of sale. We make it very clear to our customer base that they should replace there valve and fixtures when we are cotracted to do there job. We state very cleary in the contract when customers choose not to do this we are not responcable for there old valve and fixtures if they choose not to replace them. We only warreny what we install. I advised him to call a plummber because we don't repair old plumbing fixtures and are not responcable for his old fixtures.

    We were not told that the tech had damaged the old spout. He reinstalled it and did not tell us it was broken. I did expect the technician to intentionaly install a broken spout. Since I did not know it was broken, I called Bathfitter to determine the reason for the leak. They told me to call a plumber to determine the cause of the leak.
    Todd said the plumber would find that the spout was damaged and it is not Bathfitters responsibility. He said this probably six times and I had to move the phone from my ear because he was yelling at me. There is no reason to bully someone over a $50. repair.
    The tech did not leave a registration number for the Bathfitter warranty. I asked for it but I don't think they heard me.
    I would change the rating to 3 because they are not obligated to make the repair but there is no reason for them to bully the customers.
