      Receiving invoices late in the month did not allow payment to be received by Quadient before penalties were applied. The customer rep helped tremendously to get a resolution.

      Chelsea walked me through the entire process, and explained Quadient’s processing procedures in detail, stayed professional and calm throughout my interaction with her via telephone. She addressed all my concerns, and came up with a clear plan of action, which included multiple steps for both of us to take, to address everything quickly.
      As a direct result of her assistance, we are becoming larger clients with Quadient, and she has created customer loyalty with me, that will follow me within my current role, and any future roles I am in throughout my career.
      She showed a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and competency while maintaining great customer service skills. These qualities are rare, and I hope you will find a way to adequately recognize her.
