      Quadient Customer Service representative, Desare helped me out with an issue. My company received an invoice that showed we had not paid the previous invoice, but my records show it was paid. Desare sent me an email with a case number so I can send proof of payment to Quadient. Desare was so friendly but also very professional as she quickly knew what I needed and sent me the tools to get it done. I am so happy to give her a positive review - I wish all Customer Service people were this helpful and pleasant.

      Would like to express my extreme pleasure & treatment by "Nancy G********" @ Quadient, she was a totally care person, so turned an earlier experience with another person at Quadient that was such a poor experience into now a GREAT outcome!!       I’ve been asking since the month of April, I haven’t received Assistance in how to return this meter. I have sent at least 10 texts messages, they give me a number 1 followed everything they told me. I now receive a bill in which I never used it, it still packed in the box. It wasn’t what I expected. I feel because I’m a senior Citizen I’m not being taken seriously. I don’t have extra money to pay for something I’m not using. I can’t give them a rate. It would be zero. Because that’s what I’m getting Zero services.
