    I purchased a mattress from ***** and Werner was the delivery subcontractor. They damaged my home because the employees could not lift the mattress and scraped it along my floor damaging the tile and walls and moulding

    Delivery company for ** which is REFUSING to uninstall, install and haul away. They claimed that my water valve and line were corroded - and I needed a plumber. Plumber confirmed water line and valve is PERFECT and they are refusing to install or haul away even though plumber uninstalled the old fridge. Left 2 refrigerators in my kitchen - new one on a slant and dirty! Refuse to answer phones, answer texts and blatantly lie to GE

    On 5/19 I had furniture from ***** delivered to my home through Werner Final Mile. The items included a king bedroom set and a sofa. Upon arrival, the delivery drivers brought the sofa in and caused damage to my banister. My husband was present and witnessed the damage happening. They then went back to the truck and removed the bedroom furniture which was damaged. They called the company and worked out a price adjustment for us. After being at my home for about 30 minutes, our movers also arrived and began to move items into the garage. The delivery drivers from ***** proceeded to move and struggle with the bedroom set upstairs and caused several spots of damage to my newly painted walls, banister and drywall. This was all witnessed by my husband. Our movers were also present but moved no furniture upstairs, just boxes. I called ***** and reported the damages right away. The damage report was done with the drivers present. I was offered $200 to settle which I declined. I was told I would be contacted by the warehouse on next steps. After a week, I received a call from a warehouse employee by the name of Melanie Ibanez. She told me I would need two estimates from two contractors and pictures of the damage. She assured me she would email me to provide me instructions on how to submit my claim. She never followed through with the email. I attempted to follow up several times through ***** on how to submit my estimates and pictures. After another week of trying, I was given an email to the warehouse by a ***** rep. I submitted the requested documents for my claim. The next day I received an email from Melanie Ibanez stating my claim was being denied because the delivery drivers stated the damage was done by my mover before they moved the furniture. This is completely untrue. My movers didn’t even arrive until the delivery driver had been in my house for over 30 minutes. Also, my husband witnessed all the damage being done. I’m requesting payment for the damages done.

    Neighbor received a delivery. The driver of the delivery truck backed into my driveway to exit. We were outside and told them to not enter our driveway. They ignored us and continued to try to do a three-point turn using our gravel driveway. His tires were spinning and slinging gravel all around as he backed up because he had no traction. Then pulled forward and the back tire ran over our retaining wall. They did not stay and wait for police to come as we were filing report. Was told by the company to send them 2 estimates by licensed contractors and they would get back to us with settlement offer. They then replied back that their driver said they didn’t drive over the wall. We witnessed it along with two other neighbors and the neighbor who received the appliance delivery. We told them we have the police report and sent pictures, our neighbor sent pictures and an email telling them they witnesses the driver drive over our wall.
    We want the money to repair this wall.

    My first order for a table was placed on Sept 18. Fast forward to sometime in October, I had still never received a call to schedule my delivery. After several phone calls with ******* **** to locate my order, they found that Werner was their new delivery hub and that they had already received my order weeks prior. After calling and scheduling with Werner, they had to reschedule twice "due to some unforseen circumstances." On the day they cancelled for the second time, delivery guys showed up at my house to deliver someone else's table. If anyone other than me had answered the door, they would have been able to come in and assemble someone else's table in my house. Thankfully there was a picture on the box of the enclosed table and I told them it wasn't mine. After several phone calls and emails to the company (most of which did not get answered), they told me that "We had a systems glitch with the inventory and were unable to locate your desk in the warehouse. While it has been received and is in our warehouse the actual bin location does not populate in the system." They said "We will be in contact very soon to get your desk scheduled and delivered." They stopped responding to me and I never heard from them again. I reported this back to ******* **** on Nov 15 and they issued a replacement. It is now Dec 8, ******* **** has told me that the order has been received by Werner and no one is answering the phones at Werner.

    9/5/2022 Werner Final Mile (formerly NEHDS) contracted out performance of a sectional couch delivery. The entire delivery and assembly experience was rushed and performed below any standard a consumer would desire. The couch was not assembled together correctly, feet not assembled square to the couch, rips suffered to the cloth covering the bottom of the sectional, and most importantly, DAMAGE AND SCRATCHES TO OUR HARDWOOD FLOORS <3yrs old!!! Alex V****** decided that our claim was not valid because the couch appears to have been moved 6 INCHES WITHIN 9 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY, since they decided to work on our claim that was reported under an hour after delivery! They won't even support the cheap quote to have the floors refinished versus replacing the entire floor (under $2,500 quote.) The team was extremely unprofessional during delivery and management's review of our claim is utterly ridiculous. They can't get their facts straight, think we would put our entire sectional couch against a wall to block entrance into the kitchen, and overall refuse to do the right thing and compensate us for the damage their contract incurred on our house.
