    Honestly, this delivery company for ** appliances doesn't deserve any stars. I purchased a washer and dryer from Costco not knowing that they don't deliver ** appliances, they only sell them. On the day the appliances were delivered we discovered a leaky shut off value that needed to be fixed before final installation. Fortunate for us, we were able to get a plumber to the house on the same day. We rescheduled for final installation. We received a call the day before to confirm our window for final installation between 10:30-2:30. Well the delivery took it upon themselves to not to come to my houses as they assumed there was not way I had done the plumbing work needed. They did this without any communication with the customer. As it got closer to 2:30, I called ** and Werner only to be told they were sorry for my inconvenience but nothing could be done and another day would have to be scheduled. That's all it go, "I'm sorry". DO NOT BUY ** APPLICANCES!!! Not until they fix this problem. Apparently, this kind of service is very common. And ****** should be ashamed that they sell their products know this is how customers are treated.
