  Total scam. I had no idea that a loan was put into my name for a car warranty in 2025. I had to get a new engine & turbo. 1. They only allowed the mechanic to get used parts and my mechanic called and told me that he couldn’t guarantee the repairs and it wouldn’t last six months. It got close to six months and had to get another motor. Trying to contact someone before took so much time. In the past few months, no answer. We have another warranty but they said that Auto Defender needs to fix it. Every phone number we have, no answer.

  I think they tell you anything to buy the service then won't comply to using it.

  I called this morning to cancel my policy and the agent said I have to talk to their manager to have my policy canceled. I explained I am no longer employed because of my current health issue I am trying to get through which is high blood pressure. I was informed I cannot cancel my policy until I speak to the manager. I will put a stop payment on my bank account so they will no longer have access to my account. I am appalled in what I am going through to cancel my policy. This company should be put out of business permanently for not honoring cancellations correctly.

  I received a call from a man identifying himself as Melly Daniel's te
  Ll8ng me he got approval to renew my warranty for 100,000 miles. I have never heard of this company, I do not know of an existing warranty. He pushed hard for my credit card number to start the process. When I told him "no", he told me to pull on my pants and give him the account number. I refused. He pushed again. I hung up.

  i purchased this coverage about a year and a half ago, totally forgot about it. And in December 2023 my fuel level sending unit in my 2019 F-250 went out on my way to work,. I only remembered i had it because the service manager at my Ford dealership asked if I had coverage. The bill was over $2,200, and man was i happy when i didnt have to pay, although I was a little skeptical at first. I can say this is definitely a really good service if you are able to get it!

  Just had to get my whole long block replaced. that's the whole bottom of my engine. Auto Defender paid 6500 to replace it and all I had to pay was the 100 deductible. It was paid fast and I even had a rental car during the repair. Covered all the way until my car was done. AMAZING SERVICE. Love my auto defender thanks again!

  At first, I felt extremely skeptical with all the things going on these days. After listening to what they offer I decided to try it as they gave me time to read it over even after i made a down payment. almost 3 months into it, my water pump went out on my ***** ******* i took it to a ******** dealership (as its closer than the nearest ***** dealer) and after giving the service manager my policy info he went to his computer and came back and said it was $100 and theyll get to it right away! I really had doubts but after this experience, this i can atleast say they keep their word and do what they say they would. great customer service when i call, BUT we will see the next time I need to use it.

  im confused as to why people seem to be leaving negative reviews, ive had nothing but a great experience working with this company. this is my 2nd vehicle ive had coverage on and they always are freindly and helpful. anytime ive had to file a claim its been pretty simple which is all i can ask for.
