  Customer service is a joke I’ve been waiting on a refund and e mail confirmation for 15 days.
  I’ve called 3x each associate is lacking knowledge and every time I have asked
  For manager to just be hung up on .
  They pressured me when I was sick and took an hour setting up and another few hours on hold they make up prices as they go

  Save yourself the frustration and the headaches from dealing with this company.
  Started a policy and within a week I called back for a refund because I got rid of my car. I made a total of 15 attempts to reach a "manager" who is the only one allowed to issue refunds. Which they have "call you back" to do. Never got a call back. Call kept getting "dropped" or just sat in silence while the person "waited'" for the manager to come take the call which usually the call would drop anyways. But they will call to charge your card no problem. OR keep trying to run your card for various amounts to try and make it go through.

  They call don't saying anything and hang up. When I call back they act like they called me. I've asked for a manager, hung up on. Then they start putting me on instant hold. Today they told me to stop calling. Umm I've been asking daily for them to stop calling and mailing me spam. So unprofessional and extremely harassing

  They are rude and disrespectful. Keep calling and as soon as I say anything negative they hung up. I continued to spam call them back to get ahold of a manager. Their was only one lady (high praises to her) who told me what company that she worked for the the main number to get ahold of someone. A man child called and was yelling at me saying my husband won't be around to help fix my car that I need this and I need to stop playing games and hung up on me. My family is all mechanics I can fix my own car. I called press 2 for customer service and was sent to voice-mail left one. Called again press 3 for sales rep and talked to a man Jay who did apologized and said if I receive any more call that I can call back to the center or just call the cops. Fight back and spam call them with our extended warranty they will stop calling

  This company is super annoying with all of their phone calls. Each time from a new number. I have blocked and flagged 20 phone numbers and they keep calling even though I have asked them to stop.

  I took this warranty service out on my auto in July. First payment was to be taken out on 8/15/2022. On that date I called and canceled, too late they took the payment anyway. On 9/06/2022 I called for a refund of the 94$, spoke to Jason, who said the policy was canceled on 9/6/2022, but would have to speak to someone else about the refund. On 9/72022 I called spoke to Ty she said they would be no refund on the 94$. So this is where I stand 94$ out for no services rendered.

  This company keeps calling after I asked numerous times to stop. Today I played along just to find out what company they were calling for. The lady told me Auto-Defender. The calls always come from ******* *** The public needs to know they should not do business with this company or at the very list, check them out carefully prior to signing up.
